Hotel Bezzi

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed.Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection.The hotel has direct access across the road to the Tonalina 18 slope, which made getting on the slopes quick and easy.

One thing that bugged me a bit is the wifi in the room, it had poor connection and disconnected many times ( probably due to the fact that the room was on the 4th floor and far away from the router).

Staff were lovely. Ski in ski out.

Bed a bit firm for me.

Direct acces to the slopes (about 100m), sauna was also really good, and the waiter at breakfast was really friendly! The female receptionist was also really helpful.Ski storage was also very convenient, we like that a lot too.

Really nice and modern hotel, with a very helpful staff. Tech oriented rooms with all the facilities, great views of the mountains, really good breakfast with nice choices of a la carte dishes as well (eggs, omelettes etc). The nice lady at the reception took the time to patiently explain to us the things to do around the area, gave us really good recommendations (the cable car up to the 3000 meter peak is a must), and showed us around the hotel herself, making sure we got all the information we needed.

The price, it's a bit high.

Great location, beautiful real wood and materials throughout, excellent breakfast, large bike room and very friendly staff.

The only downside is that the location is somewhat remote. The onsite restaurant was closed, so walked less than a mile to another. That might have been the only other restaurant nearby.

We loved everything about our stay! Was the perfect stop as we were in town for the famous via ferrata & the Panorama 300 gondola. This hotel is in the perfect location for accessing the gondola, had a large plentiful breakfast, great views from the room, all great! The lady running the hotel was super nice and helpful!

We liked the rooms which were quite modern. The location was also great because it's a bit quieter than the rest of the hotels which are plaed at the top of Passo del Tonale. The receptionist was very friendly and didn't complicate due to our late check-in. The weather was rainy, so we were really happy that we could park our motorcycles in the garage

Another hotel on our cycling route across the alps. They had a ski/bike room. Breakfast was very sweet and nice. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed. But they could recommend a good alternative close by.

The road in front of the house is very busy and extremely noisy until deep into the night due to many motorcycles and sports cars. It is not possible to sleep with the windows open. (With closed windows it's ok).Wifi could have been a bit faster.

The property was clean and trim.
