    Pros +

    • Location was great, staff was very helpful.
    • Location was perfect close to the slopes, great view from our hotel room to the mountain
    • The hotel is very close to the ski slopes and the lifts are just across the road. The rooms are modern and clean, with beautiful views of the mountains.

    Cons -

    • Internet was slow, we had an issue with hot water that was fixed.
    • Quality of food for breakfast was quite poor, staff not so kind, the bathroom had a very loud fan that was impossible to switch off unless you needed light, the bed was a bit hard, they do not provide slippers (something I would expect from a 4 star hotel) and amenities in general were quite limited. we had to pay the 'tariffa di soggiorno' even if we are resident in the region..but I guess this is not on them to decide. Overall, the price you pay is definitely not justified for what you get.
    • We prefered the restaurant near by and not the dinner at the hotel.

    Great location

Too crowded, the room with small window in the attic.

Good staff, bike storage and parking

There were so many kids, this was a family hotel

    7JenniferPosted on: 5-9-2024

Nice room and food and staff were helpful if a bit hectic

Access to town walking on road with no pavement and road to hotel in bad condition.

    5ThomasPosted on: 3-18-2024

    Location close to the skilift

The hotel is designed for group travel and has an anonymous atmosphere. The common rooms, such as the bar, are in the basement and have no natural light. The sauna area is tiny, poorly equipped and you have to pay extra to use it. Breakfast takes place in a hall that has the charm of a waiting room in a train station. As there are only two coffee machines for hundreds of guests, there are long queues. The coffee was undrinkable.

The room was fine, I quite liked the bathroom shower, my room was clean.

    1) internet/wifi. Also no mobile reception. No hope of watching Netflix or even using WhatsApp at the hotel which is tough. Not great mobile reception too. I had to go for early morning walks to get my emails on mobile reception. 2) very strange policies on accessing the ski room (which is basic, but fine - remember you have to ask separately for a locker). Went to get ski boots on at 8am one day (lifts open at 8.20) and you couldn’t access from the ground floor, outside access chained, and eventually had to walk through breakfast service to use another staircase. Why not just always have the lower ground floor access open? And obviously unlock the outside doors by 7.30am or so? 3) staff were really not helpful. I may have been the first person ever to ask for a taxi (joking!) judging by their response. As an aside, and not the hotel’s fault, the taxi number they gave me then told me to ring back an hour later and then said they couldn’t do a booking for that evening until 7.30pm (dinner started at 6.30pm). 4) the hotel is tired. It could do with a revamp - even the front door has peeling paint.5) I think most people there are on packages, so be aware of this atmosphere and the entertainment. I tried to have dinner there once to be told that I hadn’t booked so couldn’t…6) it is a bit of a walk to the slopes. Nothing that bad, but it is circa 200/300m down a path and then across a small car park, across the main road, up some stairs then a slope to a lift. I’d have hated to do it with children.

The physical appearance of the room was nice, the view out the window was good, and the location near ski lifts is nice. Also cleaning service was good with fresh towels and linens daily.

There is a lot to not like about this hotel.First, the Wi-Fi does not work in the rooms. I ran multiple tests at different times of day and usually the Wi-Fi was too slow to even test. Occasionally I was able to get a 0.25mbps download speed which isn’t suitable for any modern web browsing. In addition the hotel was completely unhelpful with attempting to improve the Wi-Fi. We were rudely told b staff at the front desk that the Wi-Fi was on and that’s all we were promised.Second, and perhaps more importantly for many travelers, this hotel is LOUD. There are two reasons for this. First, the hotel clearly caters to school groups and family groups. This means a lot of unsupervised kids are in the hotel and they make noise late into the night. The second reason is that the walls of the hotel are paper thin with no sound proofing; you hear everything in your neighbors room and in the hall. The hotel does NOTHING to attempt to limit this noise. We informed the front desk about noise issues many times and they rudely told us that there was nothing to do, and “hopefully the kids stop running up and down the halls.” Our request to move to a part of the hotel with fewer groups of kids was denied. One night it was so loud with a party in the hall and next door and the parties were an intimidating group of folks. We asked the party goers to quiet down and they yelled at us; the hotel wasn’t willing to intervene; and honestly it was scary for a moment. We were so nervous about the situation we literally had to leave the hotel and find an alternate accommodation that night. In summary the noise is BAD and I can’t advise anyone to stay here unless they plan to be loud themselves. Quiet solo travelers or couples you have been warned.Lastly, the breakfast was the same low quality food daily. Clearly this place caters to kids groups and the breakfast matches that. Powder eggs, and cold breakfast meats.

    The location was good

Staff were not helpful, the food was terrible - I found hair in my breakfast on the first day. My room was stuck at 28 degrees and the staff didn’t help me lower it.

The hotel is within 5 min walking from the closest ski lift and in a quiet area, without loud music to disturb you at night. We enjoyed the hospitality and professionalism of Felippo's team in the restaurant, which were always welcoming, joyful and helpful. All the bartenders are also very profesional and extremely friendly and helpful. The ladies from the kids club made our daughter always enjoy her time with them while Pepe, was an amazing guide for us upon our arrival and during our stay. Our room also felt very clean and knit hence, the housekeeping staff deserve a massive recognition as well. We would like to thank them all. We got a 10% discount from the ski rental, as hotel's guests (ask Pepe where to go... )

    1. The food is absolutely crap. The breakfast is dull while the dinner... for EUR 35 / person, you eat amazing food outside. That of course unless you prefer "canteen" type of food, plenty but tasteless. 2. The fact that some members of staff don't have the patience to see if they receive a tip or not and "forget' to return the deposit for the slay for example.... shame... a tip would have been greater than 10 EUR. 3. Reception staff; the english needs to be massively improved, as they are the first point of contact with the hotel. Also, they should be able to provide full info (such as garage access and reservation.... which we never got access to because nobody bothered telling us.... it's 10 EUR / day but I believe it's worth it, specially if you don't have to clean the car after a snow storm). 4. You can hear very well from one room to another.... 5. Rooms need a cattle at least.... 6. Rooms need humidifiers.... We used to wet towels and put them on the radiators, not to wake up in the middle of the night with a full dry nose and throat.

The beds were comfy and the room was clean with a great view. Breakfast was yummy.

The only weird thing was the glass doors and walls of the bathroom. If it was just my husband and I it would have been fine but it was a family room and my teenage sons found the lack of privacy a bit difficult!

    7RebeccaPosted on: 12-17-2023

Staff were really helpful when we had trouble with our car- thank you so much.

I couldn’t get wi-if at all despite there being 2 different wi-fi’s to connect to

    large bedroom. comfortable, modern

staff made little effort. Road approaching hotel was terrible. uneven with potholes

    4RoiePosted on: 3-22-2022

the room itself was good. comfortable bed and a good shower.

there is a hidden cost which is only visible on the full pdf of the booking, but not in any of the information sent over email or in the app which is 10% increase on the shown price of the booking. i also got wrong information on the price of dinner for kids so I had a surprise 200 euro charge which is not what I expect from booking or the hotel when I showed them the chat via the booking app.

    close to slopes, pretty location

staff acted like you were a disruption to their day. some were arrogant and rude. evening meal poor.

    the view

we ordered a room for three (which is the same as room for 2 , just which the couch opened), but one of us got Covid and didn’t show up. We asked them to count us as room for 2 , but they charged the full amount without any consideration.

    7OranPosted on: 2-23-2022

    Close to ski lifts.

We were B&B. There are very few restaurants in the town so you might be better off going full board. They charged €30 each for a buffet dinner including for children who ate very little. At checkout there was a €96 charge. I was told it was for use of the ski boot room and for “service”. The hotel was expensive compared to other choices this would have made the difference in us not booking there. Beware. Also we asked for a family room and got a tiny double with a sofa bed. The walls to the next room were paper thin and the room practically shook when they used the bathroom.

    The location was very good

The staff we're not nice or helpful at all.The breakfast was poor with poor choice. The shower could have been better.
