Beautiful hotel. Comfortable beds.

Great being next to slopes but therefore a walk into town. You can’t have both here.

It was a fantastic hotel!! Staff was very nice, delicious breakfast, close to the ski lift, location amazing and they also have a hot tub! And food at the restaurant is superb

Unprofessional staff and hotel manager. We were robbed in our room and hotel manager didn’t do any action to solve this. At first they explain this never happened before, but after a while it turned out this had happened quite times. They also lied to us that they called police as we asked to, but they didn’t and we had to do it by ourselves. After that they acted offended like they are the victims instead of us. It was very unpleasant. Further more we believe they didn’t want to warm up hot tube as revenge. To sum up we don’t have nice memories from this place.

The breakfast was excellent. I regularly woke up to the smell of fresh baked bread which was really nice. The staff were very helpful and the room modern and large. It was a short walk from the hotel to the ski lift that accessed all different parts of the terrain, which was great

The only complaint I have about this hotel is the walls are very thin, so I could hear everything going on in the room next door. Literally I was woken up multiple nights from their snoring, which was very annoying.

Very quiet bar

Great location and good value for money. Short walk to cable car station and into town. Lots of beautiful walks nearby. Breakfast was ample though majority sweet food and hardly any savoury options. Cleaning staff were so friendly and helpful when our son was sick. Ski room was handy for our trip and there is a secure bike room for summer. Wifi was great. There is a lift but it is quite slow so we often took the stairs.

Walls were like paper so could hear literally everything in the room next door.

Lovely hotel, situated about 5 mins walk from the gondola & other lifts. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was perfect - selection of continental & cooked. Nice bar area with a great selection of drinks. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Not a criticism of the hotel as we knew they didn't serve dinner, and possibly more releavnt to the time of year we visited, but I strongly recommend making reservations in advance at local restaurants - Ponte Di Legno town was very busy.

Disappointing stay with misleading views and poor service

We were extremely disappointed with our stay. First off, the view from our room was nothing like the one promised in the listing. Instead of mountains, we were looking directly at a gas station. When we brought this up, the host sarcastically replied, 'it’s all a matter of perspective.' Well, if that’s the case, maybe they should include the gas station view in the photos!The room was also poorly soundproofed, so being right across from the road and gas station, we could hear trucks/ cars stopping and starting all night long, making it very hard to get any rest. On top of that, when we walked into the room, we were hit with a strong smell of dog urine, which only made things worse. Plus, they charged us an extra 25€ for our dog without any notice, even though we’d made it clear in our reservation that we’d be bringing a pet. To make matters worse, the hotel manager was rude and flat-out refused to let us switch rooms.

Price for Doog 30er is To much because we are more hollydays and more Hotel and Pay max 15er per days for doog and have eating and water from hotel We anderstand you muss cleaning rooms and so wait ... And minimum We wait because we have smoll doog 1x wather nad snack for this price And you muss anderstanding Because Manager have Doog We hope for you Job good and better Because we have nice Hollydays be you we will back this for doog is do you make it better because is you job

In general everything is very well set up, with helpful staff and a great location. The sauna was great and affordable.

The beds could be better for the price. And the pet fee, which was not announced to me on check in is very expensive, €25 per night for a pet is way too much.

Beautiful mountainous setting. The hotel was really nice with a great lounge area. The facilities were very good and comfortable. The breakfast was also very good.

Some power points didn’t work for us for some reason?

Nice traditional alpine hotel, located in easy walking distance to town and ski lifts. Rooms are functional, comfortable and clean with a nice balcony. Bar/lounge area is nice to spend time with friends.

Staff close doors early, at 9pm, so you have to go around the back to get in. This was a problem for one of our group who hurt her leg on the trip and had crutches - you had to hobble around to the back of the hotel. Also just seems weirdly early to close up.
