Even provided bus directions! This was so appreciated as we had never been to Italy and were not familiar with customs and protocols. The beds were super comfortable and the hotel was very tranquil - we had great rest!!

- We did not like the cost of the hotel as it was a very below average hotel and there was no AC making it very hot at night.
- Would have appreciated laundry facilities as someone travelling for 2 weeks - it would have been beneficial to have onsite laundry facilities for guests to pay - not a deal breaker - but would have added a lot of convenience for us (and we could have packed less to bring with us!

The hotel is about 15 minutes ride from Bolzano, and we picked it as starting point for our daily hikes in Trentino. The owners are welcoming and friendly, with suggestions for the day and available for any request one might have. The breakfast has many choices, sweet and savoury. We would definitely recommend it
Good value room in an older but very comfortable facility. The hosts were kind and helpful. The breakfast was terrific.
Great location, nice owners and excellent food
It was clean, cozy, comfortable and very quite. German standard of living. The back yard is suitable for parking. The breakfast was simple but good. Eggs, ham, cheese, butter, filter coffee, etc. Homemade apple juice was available too. Messner Mountain museum is 10 minutes by car from the apartment. Dolomites - 40-60 minutes by car. The owners were very welcoming too.
