Friendly, helpful staff. Large clean rooms and bathroom. The food was very good with large portions. Pool is a nice size and very comfortable temperature.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional, with plenty of choices. Location was absolutely perfect, right in the center of town. The guest card was a nice addition but the weather did not cooperate. The hotel is perfectly situated to take part in walks and hikes without the need for a car.

We would have appreciated an extra luggage stand, the space provided was only suitable for one suitcase. There was plenty of closet space but we were only staying for 2 nights and for this reason we do not empty our cases.

Breakfast was super! Spa facilities were the best!!

Loved my view over the street and mountains. Very private room. Elevator! Excellent breakfast. Gorgeous architectural features appropriate and relevant for Mittenwald. Close to restaurants (although most were closed when we were there). Warm enough despite very cold outside weather.

The pool was not comfortable. The pool was heated up to 29C around 2 PM. Later in the evening it was cold for my kid

Beautiful historic hotel in a great location near downtown & the train station. Front desk staff very friendly & helpful. Nice, comfy room. Great breakfast!

Everything else. Bus travelers rushed in front of me and forced to wait 25 minutes. Young front desk rep informed me I could eat in the enter lobby, bartender said no only outside or restaurant. Restaurant was full due to bus group. Finally able to eat advised fo my allergies was still given items I'm allergic too. Room wasn't clean hair in tub and sink. Not worth the value when other local hotels were better last year. Parking doesn't state to go towards the hotel to exit not were you entered. Didn't eat the breakfast after being unheard for the dinner. Tub was cracked and had to strip bedding due to stains. Didn't use spa as to many people.

Very nice room with a great view of the mountains. On-site parking. Very short walk to town. Great breakfast each morning.

Spa/Pool area is beautiful and open until 10.00pm.Friendly reception. Easy check-in. Onsite parking.Nice room with comfortable bed, balcony. And also tasty breakfast.

The location was perfect. Loved the classic feel. The staff were so helpful, delicious breakfast. We loved our stay here!

The hotel was close to the train station and in the center of town but very quiet. I liked the old world charm of the hotel - wood furnishings, newspapers in the grand lobby, and the lodge-like feel. The buffet breakfast had a variety of hot and cold food choices.
