Staff very helpful- breakfast had lots of fresh choices. Prices were reasonable for drinks and dinners.

Great hotel. Very comfortable. The swimming pool was a highlight for the kids. Lots of parking options. Breakfast was good. Location was great.

Only thing there was no elevator for us to reach our room.

What a lovely hotel with so many nice aspects that included: the location right in the heart of Mittenwald so close to many restaurants, walkable to the train station and a huge supermarket next door; kind, friendly and helpful staff; an amazing modern pool and sauna area; a delicious breakfast with tons of choices; a sizable room that had a balcony with mountain views (and stars at night!); a large bathroom that had a shower with excellent temperature and water pressure. Highly recommend this place for couples and families with kids.

The only downside was the bed - too soft for my liking with the standard bad German pillows ie no shape or body to them.

I enjoyed the swimming pool. Breakfast was also good. Location was great and the building is lovely. Cleanliness in the public facilities are also great.

Needs more vegan options or non-dairy alternatives. E.g. plant-based milk,

Receptionist was kind of rude. Get get our card with name etc. It did not work online..He was bit frustrated.Served breakfast much later than what we like.

We were good with parking but others weren’t based on the total parking spaces available. The staff was great directing us where to park.

The hotel is located in very nice area for walking to shops and restaurants. The breakfast was also good. Daniel was very friendly and helpful.

It is located in the town center and the suite was very big and confortuble

The staff were very helpful and I was taken to my room. It was a single room, but there was plenty of space (I’ve stayed in smaller double rooms). Very convenient location near the town centre and a short walk from the station.
