The facility is modern, comfortable to stay in. Sauna and wellness experience was fantastic

The menu dinner was great but the main dishes (beef and lamb) were a bit too salty

Amazing pool lover looking the lake. Nice sauna area by the pool. Traditional Austrian restaurant was really good too.

The spa area was basic and very closed off, could have been more creative and made better views of the lake and mountain

I recently stayed at the hotel in Achensee and had an absolutely sensational experience. The facilities were top-notch, beautifully maintained, and offered everything one could need for a relaxing stay. What truly stood out, however, was the management team – their service was simply incredible. Every detail was handled with genuine care and professionalism, making the stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

I wasn't too fond of the beach restaurant. The food was mediocre at best.

Fabulous location and lovely rooms with lots of space. Breakfast is a great selection . The lakeside bar is beautiful and the outside pool and sauna too. Staff are friendly

Outside pool and spa have limited opening hours. Like other high-star hotels here, expect to have to sit and have a drink while they take ages to check you in and give you a tour. Not so good for those who want to arrive, leave things in the room and get outside. Am being picky though

Absolutely gorgeous hotel with friendly staff, amazing views over the lake and the best heated infinity pool ever. The inside area is terrific and the bar / restaurant was also wonderful. Loved the little touches that made this a really great family holiday including the family friendly sauna and games room for kids.

Location, view and surrounding, simply stunning. Excellent facility with almost all you need. At check in, they have great attention to details even for your parking card or reserving a dinner table for late arrivals. Staff and the majority of them are great, few needs to just smile, but I found everyone very respectful and work like they own the place. Staying for 4 nights, I could claim I saw many staff at different times.

The room should be equipped with kettle and iron. Such basic stuff should not be something you look for.

We came to rest, but at night until 2 am we couldn’t sleep because the music was blaring. I consider this disrespectful to those who came to this hotel. and if we add here a not very comfortable bed and a small pillow, then it was not possible to sleep at all that night.

Hotel is placed in beautiful location. Breakfast was tasty. Comfortable room with the view to a lake.

My wife was electrocuted in our room when she was using hotel's hairdryer. We spent a few hours in a hospital, losing the breakfast. No one from the hotel staff or management was interested, apologized, not even a glass of wine was offered.

Lovely rooms, fantastic deck on the water. The deck restaurant has lovely healthy menu. The girls at the front desk were incredibly helpful and positive.

Breakfast and fine dining dinner were a little inconsistent in service, either they forgot about you or would return every 30 seconds. A small issue that I’m sure will be fixed and it did not hinder the stay.

It is an amazing hotel with incredible amenities and wonderful staff. The outdoor swimming pool is great. We had a slight issue with the room's electrical supply, but once we reached out to the staff, they were very helpful and provided us with an upgraded room. Everything was great, and we will definitely return for another stay at this wonderful place. Thank you, Entners family

Superb location, spacious rooms, great interiors, very cozy. If i could, I'd live here all the time :)

Breakfast is a bit confusing. There is a small buffet (and one wonders it could be better for that type of hotel), and only then we realized there's mych better selection if ordering through the menu. Otherwise - great place.

The staff are so nice and helpful especially the Italian guy who welcomed us at the reception, he took us around the hotel and show us the the facilities, The location is fabulous. Every thing was amazing and we are so glad that we choose this hotel. We will come back again in the future if the hotel keeps the same.

On the room 218 we got every morning and evening the shover on balcony. We made complain on reception but no action from hotel mnagement.
