Great location by the lake, the staff were very nice and helpful, the breakfast was diverse.

Location was excellent, right on the lake with wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. Facilities of the Spa are very good, many sauna rooms, indoor and out door pool and Jacuzzi, rooms were nice and bit and the food was very good with lots of choices for everyone's liking, vegetarians and vegan choices and gluten free as well ;-)!

I would expect from a wellness hotels to be a bit more service oriented, only after I asked if they provide a discount to the boat ride they told me about the Achensee discount card, they said they would email it to me, but only after I asked for the second time they did it, this should await in the room or even email before you arrive. In addition no body cream or hair conditioner in the room, just body and hair (two in one) product, I would expect more pampering from SPA hotels where clearly you need to wash your hair everyday. Plus the offering of cleaning of the room every two days is a bit strange (you can have it every day if you ask....) and SPA slippers you can have if you ask.... They should be more generous with what they put in the room, this will take you from a very good wellness and spa hotel to the next level! In addition why should the hotel charge for the parking at it's own facility? It's not like it's located at a city center, you come specifically for the wellness at the beautiful location.

This is an amazing luxury hotel. From the moment we arrived the beauty of this Achensee community and the hotel itself overwhelmed us with joy. The staff at reception treated us to a glass of champagne while he worked on our paperwork. I did have to return and ask if he had finished, but I think he was simply allowing us to relax without pressure. Our room was available right away. The hotel has a spa and this was included in our rate. Wonderful spa facilities here. Note that they are co-ed and clothing optional in some areas. The room was very comfortable with a large comfortable bed. Judging from the face and rear of the hotel it appears as though every room has a balcony and the views are stunning, either of Achensee or on the other side the mountainous terrain. We took the train here from Bologna to Jenbach, which is a small train station. There is a city bus which can take you to the hotel but it has a limited schedule. There are numerous taxi services and the ride costs 35 Euro one way. The town of Perisau itself is charming with several shops and good restaurants.

Accessibility can be difficult. We had planned to have a car but that did not work out. Even so, taxis are easily accessible. I do not have much of anything less than complimentary to say about this hotel.

Breakfast was really good, if a bit crowded. very good and fresh selection of more items than we expected! We were a bit disappointed in our dinner at the restaurant. The fish was OK and it was pricey. Our server was nice but didn't go out of his way to make anything special

The warm welcome, prime location, creative hotel design, and the friendly and hospitable staff.

Dinner service ended too early. Breakfast selection lacked pastries. Coffee cups had an unpleasant smell. As Arab Muslim guests, we experienced uncomfortable looks and unwelcoming attitudes from some visitors, which the hotel should address by raising awareness and ensuring respect for all guests. The lounge noise reached the rooms, and the sound of the boat was also disturbing, indicating poor sound insulation. There was no clear information about local cultural experiences, activities, or sightseeing opportunities. Additionally, there was no proper guidance about the wellness, sauna, and pool hours, and I only discovered them near the end of my stay, which limited my experience.

Excellent spa area with all facilities.Beautiful location. Comfortable rooms. Best area for tracks in the mountain and forest trails.

Expensive parking

The Spa area with a new view on the lake and the option to jump in the cold water, and the whole location of the hotel are amazing. The same goes for the the seated dinner and breakfast buffet. It was absolutely great!

The room was a little bit old-school in comparison to the rest of the hotel. Still a very decent room.

They do not provide tea , coffee , Nescafe in each roomsThey do not provide a tourists cards for free ride like cruise ship and train like some other states like ( Zell am see and Kaprun )

Except for the dinner at the restaurant, good.

The a la carte dishes we ordered ( Schnitzel and Zwiebelrostbraten) did not meet the standard we are used to from good restaurants in Austria.

The hotel staff were friendly, and the check-in process was smooth. Thanks for the warm hospitality and the wonderful stay. I will come back and stay in this place

One thing to note is that the hotel does not offer free parking.Also, I hope that in the future, bidets or handheld shower sprays can be added in the bathrooms to better accommodate guests from different cultural and religious backgrounds.

They don’t have staff to help me with my luggage .There is no restaurants after 6 o’clock.They open the door every morning without permission

The location at the lake is awesome, food is excellent, the swimming pool and jacuzzi are exceptional

The interior of the hotel and the rooms need maintenance. Also the smell of soap used is not good we recommend to change it asap. Still issues regarding parking they charge for it. Also regarding concierge they are either not willing to share info regarding attractions or they are not familiar with them.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist added a personal touch that enhanced our stay. We opted for the half-pension option, and the meals were absolutely delicious! Both breakfast and dinner were flavorful and satisfying, showcasing a variety of tasty dishes that catered to different preferences.The private garden and spa were a highlight of our stay. We loved the unique experience of being able to swim from our building to the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. It was a warm and relaxing way to unwind while enjoying the beautiful surroundings.Overall, the Aja Hotel provided a memorable and enjoyable getaway. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing !

Amazing location. Very comfortable bed and pillows . We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.at the spa.Very good breakfast Staff was friendly.We will be happy to return!

Coffee/ tea in the room would make our stay better. .The check-in process was a little slow, and the initially offered room had a limited view. We requested and received a room change.
