Every thing , location , clean, staff specially the lady with her family her husband and sons , and the breakfast is more than great and also the ladies who served thier

Only the third floor has air conditioning, hopefully they will add to other floors

The location is marvelous, and the hotel is centrally located, but away from the main street. The hotel feels like home - a beautiful home. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

Nothing, I loved it all!

Very pleasant staff, extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Excellent breakfast. Nice external pool and well-equipped sauna area.

It would be good if the hotel also offered half-board.

A perfect place to stay on a perfect location. The staf was very friendly and helpful (special thanks to Jasmine and Naomi). And not to forget the breakfast, thats perfect.

To short stay ?

Nicely designed rooms with balcony. Very courteous owners who also manage the front desk. Golf cart on rent to move around Pertisau was awesome. Nice garden with pool to chill. Breakfast is also good.

Doesn’t have a lake view.

Clean, well decorated, modern, excellent bed, close to the lake (about 100 meters), helpful staff, good size room and balcony.

No air conditioning. The room had morning sun on the sliding glass windows to the balcony and became incredibly hot quickly. We had 28-30 degree days but even with cool mornings (21 degrees) it quickly became like a hothouse. Closing the curtains kept the room coolish until late afternoon when the sun had passed and we could open the door and get some air. The other negative is that the hotel has no restaurant and only serves breakfast. Not really a problem as there are many restaurants nearby. Just to be aware to book places in advance during peak season.

Only one women treat me very well. She is not from the owner family of hotel

It was very clean and a very nice breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We did need some aircondition in the room. We had hoped we could have dinner in the hotel in the evening, but found a good restaurant in a hotel nearby.

We had such a nice time at Hotel Auszeit and exploring the area around Pertisau. The hotel is chic and modern. The spa and pool area are absolutely beautiful and were incredibly relaxing after a long hike. Make sure to spend time in the spa/pool during your stay. The breakfast was also fantastic. The hotel staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay, including helping us find restaurants and hikes in the area. If you like hiking and nature, there are so many great outdoor activates walking distance away from the hotel (and the nature surrounding Pertisau is stunning). We wish we could have stayed longer!

The staff were exceptionally amazing, the service was superb with delicious breakfast every morning. Additionally, the sauna and pool facilities were very well maintained. Overall, perfect for a short winter get away. We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The receptionist was extremely warm and helpful. Great first impression! She took the time to explain things and answer all of our questions. Cannot speak more highly of her! The spa is second to none- beautiful and well done. Location was also fantastic and a great place to cross country ski. Scenery was gorgeous. They also provided recommendations to restaurants that were phenomenal.

Location is amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful, fantastic breakfast. Comfortable room and sound amenities.

The staff was super welcoming and facilities like I’ve imagined from the pictures. The pool is great and location easily accessed by public transport. Breakfast was very complete and tasty, bonus point for the fresh orange juice you can make it yourself and the reduced use of plastic packaging everywhere ??
