- Wonderful place to stay - excellent room, clean and very spacious with lovely staff! Would absolutely return again.
- We've stayed in the hotel for the weekends in winter. The check in was fast and easy, the hotel employees were always very positive and friendly. The room was clean, super cozy and comfortable. We also had a very nice view on the lake and mountains. The breakfast was also good, everything was tasty. The hotel is located perfectly: just a few walking minutes away there are several cross country skiing routes with magnificent views of the valley and the mountains. It also takes just a few minutes to walk to the Achensee itself (there is also a nice hiking trail around the lake). And there are also several chairlifts (funiculars) around.
- Fabulous breakfast with a huge selection of breads, meats, cheeses and cereals, yoghurts and fruit.
Cons -
- A kettle in the room for tea and coffee making would've been helpful.
- The room lacks of the basic stuff like water heater, refrigerator,coffee machine, tea, coffee etc which are basics in all hotels They may give you other than room you booked as I booked a comfort room which includes 1 bed and 1 sofa bed but unfortunately they gave me one without sofa bed and when I asked them why they said that they can’t give me my room because the rooms are fully occupied !!! They let me pay for my children although the room fits only two person and when I asked them you let me pay for my children give me another room they said we don’t have available room so they are looking only for money not for the guest comfort.Breakfast is below average with limited options and the food is not fresh

Breakfast was excellent with a big spread and lots of variety. There were multiple types of bread, eggs, cereals, yoghurt, coffee, tea, cake and more available.
Staff were the nicest people I have ever met in hotels, room was spacious enough for 2 people with a view to the stunning Achensee lake, beds were really comfortable (I am a very light sleeper so I am usually hard to please!), good breakfast. I would definitely come again if I go to Achensee lake and already recommended the place to a few of my friends!
