The location, breakfast, and honesty concept are really great. Service was wonderful. Beautiful and spacious rooms with a balcony!We received a bottle of wine and delicious petit fours on the house...such a special touch!

We had a coffee machine in the room, but no coffee. Could have been an oversight :-)

The hotel was amazing. The room was beautiful, especially as we got a free upgrade to a panoramic view room.The hosts were incredibly helpful. The breakfast was amazing, it was worth the price for that alone.I would happily stay there again!

Nothing it was all perfect

This hotel is very exceptional, especially in Austria. The whole concept is carefully thought through, and the staff is very approachable and makes you feel instantly at ease. It’s modern, the scenery is great, and we got a free upgrade to the panorama room.

There is nothing wrong with the location of the hotel, but we were shocked about how “fake” Pertisau looks. It’s literally a hotel village with pretty few things to do. We thought of it as a nice hiking destination across the lake, but it’s so touristic. Pertisau feels like a Tiroler theme park without any authenticity. We could have known better before booking our stay by looking it up more thoughtfully on the internet. But, the hotel itself really cheered us up from the disappointing location.

Great and tasty breakfast, amazing relax in saunas and very nice staff

The host was amazing and very friendly, who provided us a lot of information, insights and tips. We got gifts when checking in and out and the breakfast buffet was delicious which included a wide variety of self-made products. There are a lot of Sauna-opportunities.

I have no words to describe how perfect it was our stay and the experience we had at this hotel. We were impressed by how giving, loving and passionate Roland, Denise and their team are to create the most beautiful holiday for us. From the creative check-in, the every day surprises - a bottle of prosecco and chocolate box, daily special cakes in our room, and beautiful goodbye gift, we felt so impressed! We loved so much the creativity and the design of the hotel -e.g: a wall with dog photos, photos of the team, really good music both in the breakfast area and in the toilet, lots of books and cool objects everywhere. We appreciate how much the pay attention to sustainability and ecological actions. The breakfast was excellent- only top quality bio products, huge variety - most of them home made by them - we felt like in heaven! The highlight are the 8 saunas (both inside and outside the hotel) and the pool that are incredible clean and beautiful and make you relax and recharge. The room was very beautiful with an amazing view over the lake, quiet, incredible comfortable beds and clean- we slept like babies. We enjoyed so much our stay, also met other fluffy dogs around- such a positive and fun experience! Roland was extremely kind and gave us recommendation about places to visit in Tirol area. We are very grateful for everything and wish them good luck, they are so hard working persons and we appreciate how much they insure everyone feels perfect at their place.

Breakfast is interesting: many products are from local supliers or home made. I liked it ?The hotel (inside and outside) is nice ?

The reception was constantly not occupied. I couldn't get any help or info ?‍♂️No information was supplied about hotel activities, facilities, options and area discounts ?The room for 1 person is actually a small box without a window, It also has a self turning off faucet. I felt as if I was in the airport and not in the hotel ?
