Swimming pool, panorama restaurant, breakfast, great WiFi, very convenient parking

No it was perfect, not cheap but well worth every Euro.

The location is wonderful. The breakfast is superior. They even offered a juicer and the fruits and veggies to prepare juice for a special diet. I did, however, eat the full breakfast buffet.

The temperature was warm. They assured me they have a water cooled system we had no control over the temperature. They loaned us a fan.

Breakfast is the best since we landed in Germany.

Slept with the windows open which was wonderful until the construction crews arrived at 0600 ;)

I am a frequent traveller and I must say it's one of a kind hotel, where it's lobby always full of people mied with tourists and locals. Feels alive and fun. Despite being fun, it is also very clean. Hotel staff is also very friendly. I'd really like to say again in future.

Booked 2 nights.... Had to stay a third it was such a great place in the most beautiful location. Front desk great. Best Hotel I ever stayed at! Just left 5 star Sofitel in Munich and this place was far better than that!!

The breakfast was amazing! The room exceeded our expectations and the spa area was very nice. The staff members were friendly and helpful.

We had to leave and go home!

This is an amazing location for a stay in Berchtesgaden. I didn't get to take advantage of nearly all of their available offerings while staying here, but I did use their underground parking (elevator in the lobby drops you right near the identified parking areas and you can use the areas nearby if they are full) and took absolute advantage of the most amazing buffet breakfast I've had anywhere in the world. Clean rooms, nice staff and an amazing view from my room! I will plan to stay here again on my next trip to the area!

Beautiful hotel, really well done. Staff was amazing...helpful and friendly!Rooms were large and really nice, bed was really comfortable. Bathroom was large and well appointed. Breakfast as fantastic as well!!They have a private parking garage below as well.Highly recommend!!!

No AC in the room and smell of smoke when door was open.

False advertising it is not air conditioned. It has cool water running through the floor.

This hotel was advertised as being air conditioned. When we arrived we discovered our room was not air conditioned. I was told by the front desk only five the rooms have actual air conditioning. The rest have cool water running through the floorboards although our floorboards were not cool to the touch they were room temperature which was very hot.We could not sleep and we were miserable the next day. The only reason we booked this room was that it was advertised as having air-conditioning, and the price was much higher than other hotels in the area. When I asked about canceling our room upon check in, I was told we could not, and that the manager would not be back on duty until after I checked out the next day. I tried to find a solution to this with booking.com but so far I have not been able to have a resolution.

Beautiful rooms, very nice restaurants.

Some of the staff in the roof top restaurant could be more friendly. We had a lovely waitress but the men seemed a bit grumpy until we ordered an expensive bottle of wine. We were returning from a seven day hut to hut hike and didn’t have super fancy clothes to wear, but we tried to look our best. I think the men assumed we didn’t belong. I can assure you, that was not the case.

Waiting staff brilliant but unfortunately reception staff quite rude and not helpful. Didn’t even get a good bye or ask if we had good time

This is the nicest hotel with such great food and accommodations. Although most staff were extremely nice, there were a few that could be a bit more friendly since you are paying for higher service.

We were early for check in and were enjoying services of restaurant/lounge. The clerk said she would let us know when room was ready. As we watch several others be checked it, we were never told our rooms Were ready. When one of our parties went up to ask about checking , she said “sure, no problem”!! Although we had told her we were waiting. A little bit frustrating , but after you experience all this hotel has to offer, it was very quickly forgotten.

Very clean and modern. A full band played an outdoor concert at the hotel’s outdoor eating venue. The owner was present, personable and attentive. It was all good.

Beautiful town, fine hotel, fabulous food, and wonderful staff. This was our favorite stay in 3 weeks and 5 countries. We will return!

Noisy music in restaurant

We arrived a little later and the Lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful with all the questions I had. Parking is very convenient in a underground parking lot across the street with an elevator who brings you directly into the Hotel. The Room we booked had everything we could imagen including floor heaters in the Bathroom and in the separate room for the Toilet. The bed was one of the most comfortable ones we had during our entire trip in Europe. The Breakfast was just perfect and everything was fresh and super yummmmmy. The surrounding area has everything you need like shops and restaurants. All the attractions like Eagles Nest, Panorama road or the Koenig's See is just a couple minutes away if you use a Car. Overall we had a perfect stay and we already plan another trip and this time we will stay 3-4 nights. Can't wait to come back.

Very nice hotel. Perfect location in the middle of the city center. Convenient parking, with direct access to the hotel. Very nice SPA-area, with large indoor and outdoor pool. Nice breakfast and dinner.

Wifi could have been better.

Super clean and brilliant location right in the centre of Berchtesgaden. Excellent breakfast buffet with good quality food. The spa area is area is on the top floors with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and is a very relaxing place to be.

The room was very warm and difficult to cool down . I had to keep the window open.
