Wonderful hotel in the heart of Berchtesgaden. Extremely helpful and kind staff that helped us out immensely during our stay. Great breakfast and easy parking. Location is perfect both for driving and public transport. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing area, fantastic apartment room down the street for the main hotel. Large and quite with a good view. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond! I will stay here again one day!

The hill up to the hotel form the train station can be a bit after a morning of sitting on trains. take a look at getting a buss to the top if you have a lot of luggage or elderly/children.

It was very hard for us to find. GPS not too useful. Fortunately Franz was outside when we arrived to tell us where to park. Crowded breakfast area. Somewhat early checkout at 10:30. We’re not used to the understuffed Euro pillows. Very small bathroom with nowhere to put things down and very small shower.

Staff, facility, breakfast all exceeded expectations. Location is excellent. Staff very friendly and very helpful. Very pleasant and clean room and hotel. Don't miss the breakfast! I missed the sauna / steam room, but it looks fantastic and very clean as well

Beds too hard for my liking. But the extra blankets made it workable.

Everything was excellent: great location, welcoming staff, tremendous Bavarian breakfastroom was very clean and efficient, spectacular views from the hotel. We will definitely plan to return to this hotel.

Parking is tricky if you have a car.

The hotel is really close to the city center and has parking spots available. They upgraded us to a family room so it was very spacious. Hotel staffs are also super friendly and gave us recommendations to explore around.

The hotel and room were excellent. Very comfortable with an amazing view! Front desk staff were so kind and had great suggestions for sightseeing. Short walk to town. Great breakfast!

Our stay at AlpinaRos was lovely, such an amazing view from outside the room and breakfast area.The staff were incredible. We didn't realise the room didn't have a fridge but we were able to keep our small cold goods at the front desk fridge.The breakfast was superb, best breakfast we had during our one month holiday in Europe. Parking was great for our rental car, and short walk to the main area of town.The view was just sublime. Room was comfy, slight dated but totally fine. Really welcoming staff and we appreciate the high level of kindness and support.

Loved this hotel, conveniently located near pedestrian zone. Helpful staff, great room/bathroom, and an excellent breakfast buffet. The spa and fresh water pool are an extra bonus.
