Very clean and well maintained. Hotel staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. Made our stay in Bavaria relaxing and enjoyable, would definitely stay at this hotel in the future.

The room was very spacious.The are various saunas, all great!!!

Breakfast tables wete pre-assigned by the hotel in a manner that outright discriminated between guests.Furthermore, despite the publication of massages, none were available during our stay despite our attempt to reserve early in the morning.

The Edeka is right next door! Everything was SO easy! The massage therapist was a WONDERFUL Egyptian retired medical specialist who had amazing recommendations. It is truly a relaxing and beautiful experience in Berchtesgaden. We even got a good amount of snow. And it is right across the street from the bike trail to Königssee

Large and comfortable room. Delicious food in the restaurant with reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.

Requested to have room serviced, I needed my sheets changed d/t a menses leak. I made sure the area was visible. When we got back to room the bed was made but the sheet was not changed.

Lovely, friendly hotel. Staff were really helpful and always smiling ? Location was great to get into Old Town as well as near wonderful places to see.

1) 2 mattresses connected instead of one large one2) not privet parking3) Early sauna closing hours4) breakfast is very poor (for 4 stars)5) No shampoo and conditioner (I think they should be included in the price of a 4-star hotel)6) The room was not cleaned daily (we were there for 3 nights). There was only a change of towels and straightening of blankets on the bed

The staff was very attentive and helpful. The accommodations were nice and clean.

The parking was tight and part was on a hillside.

The building is very nicely organized into various components. The swimming pool and wellness area. Restaurant is amazingly good. Our unit with two bedrooms and a living area was also great! Breakfast also is a high point!

Property is in a good location. Area is quiet. Staff were so nice & english speaking .Parking is available & free . Breakfast was a good one.

Everything. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. One desk clerk even taught me how to read the German bus schedules. The room was perfect. Restaurant at the hotel had soon of the best food I’ve ever eaten.
