Friendly helpful staff and a spacious room in a good location

Good position

When we arrived we were told that we were transferred to another hotel (no notification about that whatsoever before we arrived) - we told that that was not ok and we were able to remain in the hotel without transfer. We could not lock the door of our room, the doors have oldstyle lock where you need to turn the key, and you can't do that from outside, it just does not turn, not only that, but we could open the door of the room from outside using any card (like credit card), because of the big gap between the door and the wall - anyone could do this, told that to receiptionist and he did not believe us, went with us to see and then proposed to go to another hotel (the one that we were "transferred" before.. or another room (not the same that we booked, it was called family room, but looked like some barracks), when we got to that room it had the same problem with the lock and the lights did not work. We decided to remain in our first room.Hotel has free public parking nearby, but it was not mentioned on Booking.Shower could have been cleaner.

I booked the Domus as I have stayed here before, but I was "upgraded" to the planet hotel

Staff very helpful - I lost my phone charging cable and they let me borrow one overnight.

Room heater was permanently giving off heat even when turned off, so the room was too hot, meaning I needed to leave the windows open. Ther were not mosquito nets, and I was bitten several times each night.

The location of the hotel is amazing, the bus stops right outside the hotel. It is very clean, the rooms are very big. The staff and the facilities are great! The restaurant serves amazing food and you get a 10% discount if you're staying at the hotel! The hotel is simply too good value! The Ferrari museum and the factory are walking distance from the hotel. The wifi works great and the rooms are cleaned everyday. I will highly recommend this hotel too anyone vising Maranello! Oh, it's a Ferrari themed hotel!

It was very conveniently located and they gave us coupons for other restaurants.

The room was great only thing is we had separate beds.

The woman at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The bathroom appeared to have updated fixtures. The location was perfect for the things we wanted to do in town.

Unfortunately the bathroom was the only updated part of the room. The entire and bathroom were very well used. Minimal lighting with heavy curtains.

The location was good being right in the centre.

They had a group of young football players staying in the hotel and put them right next to our hotel room knowing we had younger children. They came back late into the evening and had been drinking, slamming doors, playing music and shouting. This was not addressed by hotel staff and made us feel very uneasy. There was no apology from the hotel on this matter.We asked for breakfast to be included but were told we would have to go to another hotel for breakfast as they only put breakfast on a few days of the week which isn’t ideal with children. We wouldn’t return to stay in this property.

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Large rooms. Great food at affiliated next door restaurant.

Rooms are tired. No hot water on a couple of days.

The "upgrade" to Planet Hotel.

I really like the location of the hotel and in general, how small the city is. The decoration of the hotel entrance is also amazing, especially for a Ferrari fan. Recommend it!

Rooms are small and bed is not super comfortable, but I can't complain because it's perfect for the price.

The room was clean and a good size and had a mini refrigerator. Breakfast was delicious, and the location was excellent, conveniently close to the Ferrari Museum.

Parking was a bit challenging because we arrived with several motorcycles, all of which were staying at the hotel. Additionally, it was a Sunday night, and the nearby restaurants were crowded

Super nice staff! The guy in the reception was amazing with tips for our stay. He also helped to arrange a visit to the Parmesan factory. Hotel is close to the Ferrari museum - we left our car by the hotel and walked to the museum. The room is very basic, clean, but a little worn out. For one night, it was a good stay!

A/C in the bathroom was working much better than in the room :) water in the bath was only lukewarm - not hot, so it was very quick and refreshing shower ? our room had missing floor panels - some basic maintenance could help ?

Pillows were flat and low quality. Need better supportive pillows.

A bit worn out, thin walls so we could hear people talking in other rooms and there was a party in room next to us until 2 am

Location was good, close to the Ferrari factory.

Room was non-smoking but smelt like the last guests smoked in it, it was choking. Air-con is covered by the thick curtains. Beds uncomfortable. No tea/coffee facilities in room.

Clean. Well priced in centre of Maranello!
