- Small, but decent hotel not too far from Maranello. Breakfast is excellent and the hotel staff is super friendly. The beds are comfortable. The staff helped me reaching the bus station and I was even allowed to take a shower after the marathon. I’m happy that I stayed here and will come back next time, I’ll head to Maranello.

Good location, parking.The receptionists were nice at least.
Awful bed, my back is still hurting after 2 days. All in all my worst hotel experience, the walls are thin so you can hear the snoring from the other room, the heating didn't worked, the breakfast was very low quality and limited selection, and the worst is the bed. The atmosphere of the whole building is depressing.

A very pleasant hotel tucked away in Fiorino - great staff and nice terrace. Nothing too much trouble, even accommodating our bicycles in the lounge. An ample breakfast set us up for the day.

Rooms owerhaul required. Widow was broken, the key in dors was stuckt several times, unlock the dors was impossible. "Breakfast included" I would say: NO breakfast...
