Breakfast excellent

The temperature of the AC is controlled by the front office and the room was facing the sun and they wouldn¿t bring down the temperature saying that there is a regulation. Every regulation applies, except when facing the sun all afternoon and is 100F¿.

The proximity to the Ferrari museum was great. It was a cute hotel overall.

The outdoor area could have done something against the heat, maybe some fans or water misters.

It's A good location for Ferrari Museum. People need to be aware that there are restrictions on heating rooms in Italy. We were cold.

Close to Ferrari. Picture made it look like it was in a nice area but in fact it was next to freeway and location wasn’t pretty.

No food except breakfast

Big bed. Adequately clean and centrally located if you don't mind walking a little.

after a log flight we were greeted and check in efficiently into this lovely palace

we were unable to get any dinner that night because it was sunday. We were directed to a local grocery to pick up a few snacks. I can't imagine where everyone else was going. There was a large crowd of people having drinks.

The property was in a great location to visit the Ferrari Museum and Factory. The room was a good size and the reception staff were hit and miss. The lady who checked us in was basically a robot, zero personality. Maybe she should look for a new vocation. The room was well appointed had a very comfy bed and was very clean. There is an elevator. Breakfast was included and was served in a pleasant dining area with outside tables if desired. There was a good selection of foods for breakfast. The breakfast staff were excellent and engaging, unlike the front desk lady. There was ample private parking available.

Little disappointed with the furniture and bed. Was two beds put together as one for king size. Floors were not mopped from previous guest. Small window.

Beautiful hotel located walking distance to town. Wonderful helpful staff. Great breakfast. Parking lot on property. Near Ferrari factory and themed to match.

Had issues with first room staff tried to fix. When couldn't resolve the issue they moved us to another room that was a better room

Junior suite location in the separate building was great & had awesome view of the Ferrari factory & test car traffic - which was fun.Breakfast room was very nice, as usual. Very helpful staff.

Within walking distance to the Ferrari factory, museum, center of town and bus station. The hotel is very clean and decorated with lots of Ferraris paintings, etc. Room was clean and comfortable, but small because we booked standard. Breakfast was really nice and the hotel staff are very friendly.

Decent hotel for a one-night stay to visit the Ferrari Museum (4min by car), yet not great value for money. Family rooms are cramped, with the sofa bed opened in the living area, there is barely any space left around it (with luggage would be difficult) - OK for a night. Clean and modern amenities, yet with some old stains ingrained in the bathroom sink top that gave a dirty feeling (though they were actually clean). Rich breakfast with good variety, appreciated the made-to-order cappuccinos.

Bring mosquito repellant even for one night! We were bitten mad in only 2 minutes (tens of them) getting luggage out of the car, the reception area has devices plugged in, but they do not have them in the rooms and they do not provide them upon request (although the receptionist said they would). Bar was already closed at 8pm, but the receptionist said they could serve beer or soft drinks if we wanted.

Super clean, comfortable, decorated and nice architecture. E-charger for cars is a plus.

Would stay one more day.

“Excellent location with easy access to main attractions. Hotel is right behind the Ferrari test track and you hear the engines. Very close to downtown Maranello and good restaurants around. We chose Ristorante Lo Smeraldo for the first day with few race car theme memorabilia. The staff was attentive and welcoming, making our stay smooth and pleasant. The rooms and common areas were very clean and well maintained. Overall, a great experience.”

The Hotel is completely in the spirit of Maranello - elegant, modern and with a hint of bitter orange.Perfect for car spotters, business pitstop or just real 4-star accommodation while enjoying the landscapes of the area.

We liked that the air conditioning worked and the breakfast and breakfast staff were good. Overall, the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the AC kept the room comfortable.

We requested and paid for a two twin room with balcony. The hotel approved the request. Upon arriving the room did not have twin beds, but one bed. Front desk apologized and said it would be fixed the next day. Not only was it NOT fixed (made up with separate twin beds), but they removed the extra pillows I'd requested. Additionally, the curtains were falling off.

Close to Ferrari factory. The breakfast was amazing!

The beds felt like you were sleeping in the side walk.

The only positive thing was the distance to the Ferrari Museum

The beds were not comfortable. The bathroom was not cleaned properly.
