Beautiful place

Over priced for the quality of the room, in discription it states that it has a shuttle to the airport- you have to pay separately for it!!!pictures are not accurate.

The property is beautiful, the staff was polite, the room was comfortable.

No balcony

The hotel is perfectly situated for lovely country and woodland walks. There are adequate selections of restaurants in the town just within walking distance. The cabin sauna and other saunas were nice and I enjoyed the grassy area around the pool. The room was nicely updated, comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and with a nice selection of everything. The food in the restaurant was delicious and healthy. The room was really comfortable and spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking a green area.

THIS IS NOT A HEATED POOL AND IT WAS ADVERTISED AS BEING HEATED which is one reason I booked the hotel to enjoy a spa holiday during some medical treatments in the nearby area. They call it heated and the website advertises it as "heated" and the staff insists it's heated but believe me: this was more like a cold plunge pool! PLEASE = TRUTH IN ADVERTISING or heat your freaking pool up--there should be a bit of steam coming off the top on cold mornings!!! Maybe I'm just "very American" but REALLY: front desk staff need to be trained better in the "art of hospitality" which means that when a perfectly pleasant guest shows up with a smile herself to ask for/about something--maybe you all can act like I'm not annoying or disturbing you (or one lady even seemed too bothered to be asked for anything). A smile or eagerness to help would be nice sometimes--it's a hotel, afterall! There was only one person in the entire stay I can say acted truly kind and gracious - a young man working in the breakfast area/restaurant at lunch or evenings. Other than that, I felt merely tolerated by the people working in this "place" which I don't wish to return to. Warmth, service, smiles, or a welcome feeling was few and far between.

Spacious room, very comfortable bed, modern design (we slept in the new building), hotel parking, swimming pool with jacuzzi and saunas, very good breakfast, bar on the hotel premises, location.

In the bathroom, the shower head stand was damaged. The hair dryer was not working and unfortunately, despite asking for a replacement, we did not receive it. Very poor wifi, but maybe because our room was at the end of the corridor - but in my opinion this should not be an excuse.

Everything is perfect. When I travel to the region I always stay there. Clean, friendly, nice environment.

I would appreciate soft boiled eggs. Both cooked and scrambled eggs are cooked too much... otherwise the variety offered is very good.

The Finnish sauna and the cold shower outside are great! There are teas and fruits in the wellness area which I really appreciated. The staff is extremely friendly. The room had a great view of a snowy hill! For the duration of the stay we got a wellness bag with a big towel and bath robe which I really liked. There are several routes around the hotel for easy walks (between 5 and 13 km, max. 250m elevation).

In general everything was great and we had a very pleasant stay!!! The room could be cleaner though :( For me personally the mattress was too hard.

Lack of information about accessing the pool/ spa.Lack of bathrobe in the room- it was only given when requested.Guests are asked to check-in online which includes outdated COVID information.One of the rooms that we were given smelled strongly of cigarettes. Guests are also asked to book spa/gym times and reception is supposed to confirm that but nothing happens (still waiting for that confirmation).The water dispenser in the spa/ gym was not working and there was no water available.Great that the coffee machine in the room also does hot water but the coffee is pretty bad.Breakfast was awful! The restaurant looked dirty (crumbs everywhere, dirty dishes everywhere). No clean tables, willing staff but they don't seem to have any structure in their approach to cleaning and setting up tables. There were no plates, choices in bread, juice, fruit extremely limited. We asked for coffee but were told that coffee was on the table, half empty, cold- I was made felt quite uncomfortable asking for a proper coffee and hot chocolates.

The staff when we arrived wasn’t very helpful and we spent some time trying to work out how everything worked ourselves. Potentially a lack of English speaking from the staff’s side!

Booked as an overnight stay on the way to Garmisch-Partenkirchen for BMW Motorrad Days 2024 and I couldn't have been more impressed with the value for money received. The room and bathroom was huge. The Spa and pool were exceptional. The bar area was busy during the evening, but the barman was very efficient. The evening meal and breakfast were of a very high standard. We didnt have time to explore the local area, but the setting of the hotel is beautiful.

The checkin was very bad. The staff in charge was gone, we had to call the manager but she went to her room and disappeared without helping. The staff in charge returned finally but he was jumping between several clients. It took us overall 15 minutes to get the key … The hotel is very big so you have to walk a lot to get to your room,
