It was a quiet place in the countryside, which makes it even more interesting compared to the big cities and their noise. Ideal for families. It’s only 12 minutes away from the airport, with good breakfast, good facilities, and a reliable internet connection. Even though our stay was short, we will definitely be back.

However, we were a family of five, and the beds were not enough for all of us. There were only two double beds, and although we were offered a crib, it wasn’t suitable for our six-year-old child. We had no other option but to have her sleep in our bed.

Location, the room was spacious and warm. Facilities in good shape. Good beds. Nice crib for the toddler. Commendation to staff for handling very late arrival.

Probably one of the worst treatments we've ever received as hotel guests.They do not clean the rooms AT ALL during your stay! On the third day (out of 5), we asked why our room hadn’t been cleaned, even though we had clearly placed the “Please make up my room” sign. The staff (or owner?) responded very rudely, saying they don’t care about that sign and pointed to a small notice written in German (which we don’t read and were never informed about upon check-in), stating that you have to request cleaning at least 22 hours in advance.We asked at least for a towel change and trash removal, and while they said "ok", no one ever came, nor did they follow up. We repeated the request the next day, and again the room wasn’t cleaned. Only 24 hours later did someone come to change the towels and take the trash but still, no cleaning was done.The safe and telephone weren’t working either. We reported this on the first night, and they said they’d take care of it during the day. That never happened, and we never received any update.Lastly, the wifi was terrible and barely worked throughout our stay.

Comfortable room breakfast was amazing. Windows opened to the center of town, was a bit noisy.

The hotel is very beautiful. The rooms are nice. The bathroom is nice. The breakfast food is fantastic. The hotel's location is excellent. The garage is great.

The shower was broken; it was spraying in the opposite direction. The shower gel was more like water than actual shower gel.The receptionist is slow.

It was not so clean, no soap in the room. Once something from breakfast is finished, they don't replace it.

Was nice breakfast, but we'd have to ask for pancakes or else what was over, but didn't get filled by stuff directly. The room is big, but very outdated for the money you pay for it. We didn't manage to turn TV on

Our rooms were clean, comfy and spacious with great bathrooms.

Central position in the town, close to the monastery. Modern rooms and busy restaurant frequented by guests and locals. We've stayed here a number of times on trips through Germany to Switzerland and always enjoyed the experience summer and winter.Surface parking at the hotel limited or there is nearby public parking. It's worth paying for the underground parking at the hotel especially in winter which costs €10 p.n

Bottled Water wasn’t in the room, but the friendly receptionist gave it to no we’re not when we asked and refunded the 3 bottles (one per room) we just purchased (€17.70)

Very caring stuff, comfortable bads, rich breakfast, central location. We really enjoyed our stay ❤️

No complanes at all

Clean room.

The room didn't even have a coffee maker or a kettle. Super basic. Room for 4 people had only 1 chair to sit on.
