The Staff, Room/like New & overall Experience.....

Not a Thing!

Large room to accommodate luggages and stuff for an infant, cot included. Useful kitchenette, clean bathroom and bedroom, comfy beds.Had issues with cancellation policies, the staff was super keen to help.

Perhaps a little too warm in the room, we weren’t able to lower the temperature with the heating system (yet we didn’t ask the staff to assist).

The rooms are big, great breakfast and the indoor pool was WOW

It was cold and we ask for a warm blanket and there is no option to heat the room

i liked everything... One things i might wish it was different.... It looks like the swimming pool is open also to other people that don't necessarily stay at the hotel. I don't normally like this... but i was there only for couple of night so not enought time to really check

The pool is very nice but you can't access it from your room. You have to walk around through the main entrance. The rooms are basic but not bad. Reception staff are very nice. It's nice and quiet location

Some bar/pool staff can come across not vey nice

Good location to visit Modena, Marinello, Parma or Bologna. Nice spaces rooms. Good international breakfast, staff is happy to bring you coffee at the table. McDonalds, Gelatino and supermarkt is across the street. Car parking is onsite.. Pools are great and towels are free for hotel guests.

Gym is a little bit outdated

Hotel was great. Very nice decoration. Night staff was great, as well as the restaurant and Breakfast. Breakfast was very good, large variety.

The manager/lobby staff midnoon term attendant guy , was not that nice, had an attitude.

Resort/Motel style with off street parking - big ‘suite’ style rooms with kitchenettes and gardens. Adjoining restaurants pretty good too. Great location for visiting Ferrari museums in Modena and Maranello

Breakfast was fine.

The room was dark, the balcony was tiny and very dark. Because they were working on the pool area there was nowhere to sit outside - we were confined to small, dark room

The hotel is located a short distance by car from Modena center. The room was large, clean and extremely comfortable. Well laid out and thoughtfully equipped.

The only only thing that I can comment about is that we were located on the first floor and my husband had to carry the suitcases up a flight of stairs. A minor inconvenience for us but good to know for families or elderly travelers that there is no lift.

Very kindly staff. Beautiful area, closed parking. The room (King suit) is very clean, spacious, comfortable.Delicious breakfast on Bianco Nero restaurant.

The sofabed was very uncomfortable.

The restaurant next door, to get your breakfast, charged at €10/day. I also liked that the room was very comfortable and clean. All the amenities you could need. The mini fridge with little snacks and drinks (one beer, the rest softdrinks and water) was a nice touch. Good reception on the TV. And if you're like me, can't speak a word of Italian. You're able to cast shows from your phone to the TV. Very handy indeed. I really liked the shower too, lots of space, and the water pressure was perfect. There's an indoor pool available, too, if you want to wind down after the day.

The sockets in the room. Having an international adapter, I was only able to utilise one of the socket outlets, this was the only socket outlet my adapter could plug into, a bit of a disappointment

Everything and the staff was great. Huge room for the 4 of us.

Little far from downtown

Location was good staff were very helpful.

Room 48 stank of sewage which was quite unpleasant

A very spacious apartment with much storage space and very clean. The pool area was also clean and was a great way to close the day. Breakfast was also excellent with savory and sweet options and tasty coffee to your liking. The location is quiet but far from the centre of Modena, it would be best to have a car. Special praise for the cleaning lady who did an exceptional job in tidying up our room!

The mattress in the large bedroom was very hard and ventilation noise is noticeable at night. Kitchen in the apartment can be used with a daily supplement of 10 eur, I do not remember seeing this in the Booking listing (maybe it was stated, i just didn't notice it).

Breakfast was luxurious and the parking facilities excellent. The room including its facilities were also great!

The pool area could have been more heated.
