Hotel Europa Jaén

Clean and big shower really comfortable to shower in

Garage difficulty to park for a SUVIt can be done

Breakfast was good. Also the location of the hotel was good position.

I did not like the fact that TV was not smart. Also, in the room there was not refrigerator.

Convenient location, nice and helpful staff, good breakfast.

Excellent location, good breakfast and pleasant staff.

Air conditioning wasn't working, room was on the small side.

Great location. Very friendly staff. I parked outside

It was a little dated but very clean

Good location

Bad breakfast, slow checkin, old furnishings, old mattress, dirty floors

Breakfast was excellent, wonderful variety for gf.

The room was small but excellent

Room with roof terrace and outdoor shower (SunDeck, we didn't use due to cold weather), good location to walk to town.Friendly and helpful reception

No hotel parking, public parking in close walking distance but overloaded due to holidays, long waiting for access, no overnight shopping possible, all convenient shops close before 10pm, to be considered for late arrivals,Sewage smell from bathroom, after flushing the drains it got better

The location in central Jaen is ideal, allowing easy walking to the center of the old city and all points of interest. Parking is tight, but we were lucky to find a free spot on the street - the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The hotel is very clean and the bed was firm and very comfortable.

The rooms are very small with tiny windows that look on to a narrow interior space- not a room to spend time in other than to sleep.

location. dog friendly . helpful staff. good breakfast

Nice, friendly staff. Very clean. Nice breakfast. Perfect location with options for car park that we used.

Air condition would have been nice

The location was very quiet yet not far from the centre of Jaen.

We had to park in a public car park away from the hotel.

Location was great. Breakfast was ample and good. Price is great.

It was central, modern and provided a good stop-over for a night. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast ( included) was very good and plentiful. AC was a life-saver in temps of high 30ies.

The publicity mentions parking, but that is not part of the hotel, rather, public parking available in town centre ( others found free parking around the corner) We were offered a space outside the hotel for €10 which we took advantage of, but had to vacate it by 9am.

Nice clean room, helpful staff. Free parking on the street round.the corner from the hotel. The hotel is probably the best thing about the place, the city was a real disappointment.

Location, staff and breakfast options.

Difficult to park nearby

Good location close to central Jaen, bars, supermarket etc. Bicycle friendly. Standard modern hotel room, nice and clean, comfortable bed, hot shower. Friendly receptionist. Lift. Was offered breakfast but didn’t partake. Overall a nice place to stay for a night.

Good value and location and breakfast.

I hadn’t realised there was no air conditioning when I booked (my mistake I guess). This made the room stuffy at night.

The rooms are modern and well appointed if a little on the small side if travelling as a couple. It was perfect for me as a solo traveller.

The parking garage was awkward to get to and there was no direct access from it to the hotel. This would be problematic for someone with mobility issues.

Great Central location. Staff were helpful and friendly Modern decor. A good breakfast though perhaps a bit pricey. It was good to see they had a range of local olive oils to try at breakfast.

The room itself was very small and cramped. I had requested two single beds but there were no twin rooms available. The shower room was very good almost as large as the bedroom area. It was too hot in the room and the air conditioning didn't work so had to request help from the reception. They altered something which helped a little.
