Everything. Especially the friendly staff.And though close to the freeway , hardly any noise.

Nothing to mention Oh except we had two squeaky beds that squeaked if turned over fast.

Far from the center, but convenient for 1 night

Really nice facility, at a convenient location (right next to freeway) for visiting nearby area. Lots of parking and next to gas station.

Too remote from nearest town Jaen, nothing around, no place to eat around there except hotel own restaurant.

The Location and size of my room! Also how helpful and welcoming the staff are ?

The pool was shut when I stayed. Also my original room was cancelled and I ended up having to pay a lot more.

The customer service was great! Nice spacious room, free coffee from the machine and a nice welcome from the staff at reception.

My original booking was cancelled, by the time I managed to get in touch the original rooms for much cheaper had gone. It said pay at the hotel, but they couldn't accept my credit card details. I spoke to the receptionist to add breakfast to my booking, she said it was fine and to pay when I leave. I went to get breakfast and the lady working told me I couldn't have breakfast because it needed to be paid for beforehand. I said I've been told when I leave. She refused and said I must pay before. On returning to the receptionist she couldn't understand it, as she said it's ok to pay when I leave. It was very annoying.

It was very clean and nice. The staff was a bit sparse and there was a wedding venue playing very loud music right outside our rooms so we couldn’t sit on the terrace and talk. We asked to be moved and the lady at the Checkin desk (she was working alone on a very busy Saturday evening) was kind enough to move us and the new rooms were perfect. We had a great view of Jaen and the surrounding area. The breakfast was really good and they were quick to replace the food when it ran out.

The location near the highway and a gas station was a little weird. I think they could have used more front desk staff.

Very accessible from the motorway. Restaurants on site with good food.

Parking could be difficult. No disabled parking available.

I was here for pleasure, but this would have been a great hotel room for a business trip. Plenty of parking right next to the hotel. 70" TV with Netflix, YouTube, Chromecast and plenty of channels. Decent size desk. Nice bed, nice bathroom with a great shower, a good breakfast, and a small balcony but with some great views.

The air-conditioning was quite weak and turns off if you don't put your keycard (or any other credit card sized card) in the socket next to the door. It was quite a hot day when I was there and the room was 29 degrees when I checked in, so by the time it was a comfortable temperature to my liking it was something like 2 AM.

Very nice comfortable hotel with nice rooms and friendly staff especially the male receptionist on arrival.great personality.

It's a little difficult to drive into Jaen as the roads alternate a lot on the return journey from the sites in Karen.

We had a lovely weekend stay at HO Ciudad de Jaén. The hotel is in a quiet area just outside the city, which makes it a great base if you’re exploring Jaén and the surrounding region by car - we even did a day trip to Granada with ease.Our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a small terrace, which was a nice touch for some fresh air. The bathroom was slightly outdated, but everything was clean and worked well, so it wasn’t an issue.We were traveling with our dog, and it was great that pets stay free (just a refundable deposit of €100, which we got back without any problem). It’s not always easy to find pet-friendly hotels, so this was a big plus for us.Overall, a quiet and convenient hotel, ideal for a relaxing weekend if you’re exploring Andalucía by car. We’d happily stay here again.

The possibility to eat something " all hours" , big rooms and tv

Loads of mirrors everywhere , feel a bit " followed" in the room . And the lack of really private " closed off" parking .

The room was bigger than expected. The view was incredible. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Close to the highway

The whole building really has the wow factor. Our room was a great size with twin beds and a generous size bathroom.As we didn’t want to travel further having checked it, we took advantage of the restaurant, and the food was superb. You’re virtually in a motorway services with the location, but boy it doesn’t feel like that!Tons of free parking - I’m pretty sure you’ll be guaranteed a space. But it can be a long walk to reception… so you can pull in outside the entrance to drop bags and a passenger while you park.

The only negative is that the address given wasn’t recognised by my standalone gps device (TomTom) so we resorted to a phone - not my preferred option on a motorbike.

Lovely clean hotel, room was brilliant with a terrace.Beds really comfortable. Perfect stopover for us with 2 dogs. Food was excellent.lots of parking.

Only thing I would of liked is secure parking

Very comfortable beds. Mattresses fantastic. Easy to find and convenient stopping point on driving tour. Masses of free parking. Good breakfast and nice bar. Great value
