I liked the location and the space in the room

While the bed was clean, the table and the sockets in the wall were covered in dust; there were several hairs from the previous tenants in the bathroom

Location and all but 2 staff people were great. Room was nice - good size.

The gym could be much better Lighting in room wasn’t great. But was nice to be able to control all the lights from the bed. No light or plug by desk

The bed!!! Awful bed. Was impossible to sleep.

not a 4 stars hotel. They won't take anything to your room. Parking complicated and narrow (well that applies to most hotels in Spain to be fair)

Great location in centre of Jaen. Staff were very welcoming on arrival and room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Bar and restaurants had good selection and attentive staff. Will definitely stay there again on next visit.

Loved the location! Very convenient! It’s a walking distance to every important historical site and museum :)

Two things- one that the walls are not sound proof and you can hear everything - the people talking, walking or even flushing the toilet. The second - you need to be an experienced driver if you plan to park in the hotel parking ?

Easy drop off point for our bikes. The staff was very helpful. We had beautiful views of a park and the Castillo from our rooms. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The price of the room seemed overpriced.

During our stay at the hotel, we had an unpleasant incident. While we were away, the maid cleaned the room and for some unknown reason took away the room access card, which is the key to the room's power supply. After that, the power in the room turned off, meaning the ventilation and refrigerator did not work. It's hot in the city, so during this time our food and, possibly, medicines, for which a certain temperature regime is set, spoiled. I was very surprised by the reaction to this incident of the receptionist, who replied "I don't know" and did not even apologize. For a 4* hotel, this is an unacceptable case!

Good location and large comfortable room.

Variety of drinks at the bar could have been better. Did not try the breakfast.

Bigger than average rooms. Very central location. Comfortable bed and plenty of mirrors! Lovely helpful staff on reception.Luggage storage offered.

Property is advertised as having air conditioning and sound proof rooms but it didn't have either.The room was very hot even in April and we could hear the people next door to us very clearly.

The hotel seems a bit tired, in need of a refresh, the shower head in our could not be pushed up to the correct position.

Nice bathroom. Fresh squeezed orange juice at breakfast.

Bathroom did not have an extractor or window. Bed was hard. Apart from the modern bathroom, the decor in the room and the communal areas of the hotel were very dated.The windows in our suite were a disaster. They let wind and noise enter. The hotel has a discotheque and people were outside in the square all night chatting and shouting loudly. There were no shutters on two of the windows and no blackout curtains on one of them, so as soon as dawn breaks it was too light in the room. Top floor terrace and pool were off limits due to refurbishments. It should state this at time of booking and did not.

Bed good. TV good. Reasonable proximity to city centre.

This is an older hotel. Bathroom is small and badly organised. Shower is within bath. Shower screen not good enough to prevent spray leaking out from bath. No plug sockets for mobile phones. Overall somewhat dated.

Very nice and clean. Big room, bathroom ok. Great location. Easy reach of all attractions. Parking very easy in car park across the road.

Although not the best value by local standards, we found breakfast to be excellent at the hotel.The staff is magnificently helpful and the cleaning people are outstanding. Now for the negative:1. This facility was once a first-class hotel. It no longer deserves its 4 star label. Noise is the most significant problem. You can hear all your neighbors. Not acceptable in 2025. 2. The shower and toilets do not work properly. The toilet does not discharge effectively. The temperature of the shower is unpredictable. It can go from warm to burning hot in seconds. Not acceptable for a 4 star hotel..3. The hotel thermic design is terrible. Very 1970's You have to rely entirely on air-conditioning even on a day with excellent temperatures outside.

Excellent location and was very dog Friendly with dog park accross the road Rooftop pool is excellent .Only issue we had was air conditioning was not good so roon was warm

The hotel was cool and the little bar and restaurant seemed nice. Room was big and bed was comfortable. Shower was nice but toilet quite small and old fashioned.
