Enzo Hotels Contrexeville

Great location, in the center near the thermes. Very helpful staff. Easy prosses of self-check-in

Smell in the lobby and corridors, old facilities

Friendly personal, decent breakfast. My son really liked the car theme in the hotel ;-)

Small dead flies on the bathroom floor and a small limace on the room floor, humid smell in the room.

Decent breakfast, fun racing themed items throughout hotel

Room was warm, no AC and windows could only be opened a bit.

didn't have breakfast

not CleanVery loudly

Good people

Not clean ! Not acceptable. Plus : no bed for my kids : mistake from the hotel

Good breakfast, not included in price but very much worth its price. Great value for money some 5km off the main motorway. Absolutely clean.Cheap price petrol station nearby.

regarding the room, you get what you pay for.

Umm.. well, actually nothing. I'm very sorry. But the host was a very nice lady.

Everything. We only slept there for one night and in the early morning, we've actually already checked out to go to our next destination.

Perfect spot to stop for a night. Fit por purpose. Good price and easy to park. Very friendly staff.

The hotel is extremely well located, a few steps away from the spa and the casino. Our room was comfortable and we particularly liked the fact that we could have dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, with a yummy child-friendly buffet. What made our stay special is the team’s kindness. I was tragédie alone with my two kids and they made us feelhome.

Good location Great tip for dinner from charming desk lady. Go to CAF in Vittel !

Elevator. Cold room.

Breakfast was small - Few bread and some slices of ham and cheese.

The machine to do the auto-checking was not working, I was standing there out on the cold for 30 minutes until I was able to call the emergency number.

clean, good beds en fresh linen and a good breakfast.

contrexeville was once a pretty town but tourism must have dwindled.

Very good value for money despite last-minute booking, easy check-in despite very late arrival; very clean; free parking nearby; very good for transit travelers

As such a good location for an overnight stop on the way, some 10 minutes drive from the autoroute. Very reasonably priced. A bakery with fresh bread and croissants next door, open early morning.

We stayed at a family room. While the single beds were good, the double bed was really uncomfortable. Way too soft, you keep rolling to the middle. I don't complain easily, but this was really costing sleep.

The good:- Staff is very nice, really try to make your stay very pleasant- Delicious breakfast- Contrexeville is a very nice quit place- Free parking

The Bad:- Hotel looks very dated- There is no elevator- There is no staf in the afternoon before 17:00. We where lucky that by accident somebody was there (after a lot of calls and pressing the bell) but normally you can only check-in after 17.00, even that at booking.com they stated 15.00.The ugly:- Almost the whole hotel smells like mold.- We received the wrong room at first. We found that it was already rented out and they gave us an other room afterwards.

Love the quiet cool comfortable room. The breakfast buffet is perfect. Staff smiling and helpful.

good location and breakfast.

smelly room, very noisy, old sanitair.

Perfect location for a stopover on our way to the South. Value for money.

Well located for our trip South, for an overnight stay!
