Our kids enjoy the Swimmingpool , me and my husband enjoyed all different types of saunas. The staff are very friendly and always helpful.

I believe it will be nice to be able to book half fair, or all-inclusive for family. It would be great if you could have Programms for kid ND Tanagers.Please take long towels if you are going to Sauna

The staff were helpful. I enjoyed my breakfast and evening meal. The Pilates teacher was good.

There is no co-ordination albeit clarity between the leisure facilities and the hotel. I paid for pilates but could not use the gym et cetera. Hotel reception were unable to print out my boarding pass for my flight. This is a staff training issue and needs attention.

Receptionist was very friend and greeted us well. Had a lot of sports facilities like indoor tennis and squash.

The biggest turnoff that hit me quite hard was the sign outside the pool giving the rules of the pool. The #1 thing said that 'swimwear necessary, no burkini's allowed' as if the burkini is not swimwear. As a Muslim American I was shocked at the racism and specific target of Muslims. I have never seen such a sign in America and if that ever was posted they would be sued. I hope they change this clear racist policy. Thanks

The most cute little hotel, great place for families and PetePetra was super friendly and helpful. you don’t needfive stars to be a good hotel you need good bed friendly welcome

Good breakfast, comfortable rooms, good shower.

Some facilities in the room and in the hotel are broken and need to be repaired, like doorhandle of the room.

1 On the day of arrival and whole of next day we were staying on 4th floor and room for toilet was given on 1st floor so with 2 kids on hot day of 39 C we were going across the floors for the toilet.2 The toilet fixed on the 2nd day of stay was broken in 2 hours and whole day we again had to goto 1st floor from 4th floor for toilet, we were given another room on the same floor to use the toilets at the other end of the floor, so NO alternate room was given.We were clearly told " we have guests that willl check-in and so we cannot change your room" , which to me seems like you have checked in and now you are doomed and you are less important than new guests that will check-in.3 On the last day of stay while we were at europak whole day but in the morning we had to flip through rooms and floors for toilet, it was fixed may be sometimes during the day.All in All as per Belgian standards this is clearly deficiency in service and I m planning to goto Consumer court with Booking.com as Party , Toilet is a basic necessity and it is not something that you can live without or compromise at 39C with 2 kids.I would have expected a call atleast from booking.com but it seems that there is no more interest of any kind to take care of customers, just sell cheap hotels at higher prices and move on.

Staff was friendly, room basic but clean, pool (although it was not clear when booked that it is not always available to hotel guests as it is shared with a fitness center)

There was no info on how to enter the hotel after closing time at 10:00 pm. So I have been trying in vain to find the night door (and I learned that I was not the only lost tourist out there). A simple drawing handed out at reception would have done the trick and avoided much desperation. Also missing: the friendly touch of having some info in the room on opening hours for breakfast, the restaurant, the pool etc., what you can do in the beautiful area.Rather horrid location of the hotel near station.Maybe a hot water kettle and coffee/tea in the roominfo about WLANall the loving touches.

Dangerous & Unsafe for Families

A truly awful experience, we stayed after a long day at Europark, we booked 2 rooms for family of 5.Having requested them close to each other we found they were on opposite sides of the hotel.Worse than that the bar & restaurant were closed when we arrived at 7.45pm. We went out and returned at 9.15pm to find the front door locked & no Porter. We looked on the website to find night access doors to the rooms and there were 3 doors to enter. We entered after a long external circumference walk in the dark the section where our triple room was. We then found you couldn't access the our other room from inside the hotel.We had to again go outside and search for another access door to those rooms walking around the outside of the hotel again in the dark. Truly bizarre & just dangerous.RoomsCurtain rail needed three curtains only had two.

The staff, breakfast, and pool were nice.

None of us slept because it was so loud outside with a train. Too uncomfortable of beds. Room was too hot to shut windows. The shower got extremely hot or too cold. There was no in between for my daughter. Towels seemed used. And lastly, there was no soap left so they just filled it with water. I’m very disappointed.

Disappointing

Hotel is outdated!! €95,- for an old room with nothing more then a bed and an old chair...very dissapointing. Breakfast was sort of oke.....

no Declared soap ect in bath room , separated mattress with whole between, no English speaking staff .
