Holiday Inn Express Ringsheim By IHG

An excellent budget hotel for Europa-Park visitors. We enjoyed they stay and they have a great breakfast. Would definitely book it again

The hotel is missing the mini fridge

we loved everything:location, staff, breakfast, and cleanliness.

Everything was okay, but it would be better if the bathroom had a hose.

I was not expecting it after a bad experience at Hotel Toscana I found a reservation in this place and it was amazing stay

They can work on their breakfast

Hotel staff very helpful, especially dropping off the cases so we could go straight to the park. How close it is to the train station, and the Pizza place across the road, very good after a day at the park.

Not much else around apart from the garage and Pizza place, but kind of knew that anyhow when I booked.

Location next to Europa Park with public transportation stop by the hotel. Clean rooms. Decent breakfast included. Free and paid parkings available. Right next to a mini market, a gas station and two restaurants.

The breakfast was goodNice beds and nice staff

I didn't see a mention in the listing about the extra costs for parking. That was an unexpected expense. Also at the moment lots of plastic in the lobby and broken flooring.

Nice Hotel smiling stuff near it is a lot of restaurants like pizza sushi kebab. Bed is very comfortable. Good to stay for 2 to 3 night maximum. Breakfast was very delicious.

You have to pay for the parking I feel it should be free

Location off the highway and breakfast, rooms were relatively new

A bit pricey given remote location

Close to the park, lovely rooms, helpful staff, great breakfast

Nothing really

Clean hotel with very comfortable beds, friendly staff and large parking lot. Also conveniently located near the highway and the access way towards Europa Park and Rulantica.

Not a lot of space in the breakfast restaurant. Furthermore, the ground floor was noisy due to works to counteract water damage (though you didn't notice this in the room, it was mostly annoying when having a drink at the bar in the evening).

Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was delicious. Bar was very nice.

The hotel and room matches the expectations for Holiday Inn, great breakfast, friendly stuff, seamless check-in and check-out process.

Although the room was clean, however there was kinda old stains on the room carpet.

+ Location (close by Europark)+ Breakfast+ Ample (paid) parking

- Room 245, had AC problem. Only after 2 sleepless nights we were moved to another room.

Nice rooms for a good price. The staff is friendly and location is close to europa park. Parking fee is not included!

Stay was okayish with a mix of extreme good and bad points to mention. The good points- spacious and comfortable rooms, reception was were mostly polite and professional, breakfast area staff (especially the old lady with glasses) were extremely friendly and welcoming, room cleaning was done neatly, location is perfectly close to Europa parkThe bad bad points - seemed like the hotel is trying their best to save money as they did not even have air conditioning during April month even though while booking it was mentioned that rooms have air conditioning. During the day of check in (April 1 evening), I talked to a lady on the reception and she was extremely rude and denied any proper response about why air conditioning was unavailable - not sure why the hotel cannot afford to provide at least one or two water bottles in every room? Seeing this for the first time in a hotel and it’s quite cheap not to do that

Bad

The beds were with hairs not clean, we changed the and again we saw hairs in the bed

modern & clean

breakfast was very good, but could be better with more varieties

Our second stay in this hotel. A superb choice for an overnight stop. Comfortable beds, good shower, a great choice at breakfast. Secure overnight parking ( payable)

Good breakfast, very close Italian restaurant for the dinner. Close to EUROPA park (just 10 minutes driving)

The room was as expected, nice and clean with a nice bathroom.Nice Halloween decorations.

I had to pay extra for parking and the duvets were too small.
