Rooms were good and clean. Shower was good as well. Enough variation on the breakfast.

The staff was not very helpful when trying to adjust the booking. The 8/10 times they did not pick up the phone when I called. The space the breakfast buffet is placed in, is a bit small for the number of guests at certain moments.

no cleaning in this hotel, they offer cleaning services for extra charge ( 60 € ), we stayed a long stay ( 6days ) with no cleaning service even though we asked for cleaning but they didn’t!

The property was amazing. Clean, perfect for families since we stayed in a 2 bedroom bungalow with a living room, kitchen and table for dinning.

The property was clean and room was amazing. Very well kept, especially the bathroom.

Room-Size. Entering the bathroom with the 3rd persons bed being open is kinda tight.

The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. The property is well kept and pristine. It's an easy walk to the bus stop for those going to Europa-Park.

My family and I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights in a kind of American apartment with attached parking. The apartment was clean, very spacious, organized and tidy with plenty of storage areas and equipped with a full kitchen. The apartment included a closet and storage cabinets in the entrance area with hanging space and a place to put shoes. Bathroom + shower, another bathroom, quite spacious kitchen and living room and 2 bedrooms.The accommodation at the hotel was perfect for us - the hotel staff was nice and courteous, the breakfast was very rich, varied and quite luxurious.The location of the hotel is perfect - near the hotel you can find everything restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and more. And of course the highlight is a 5 minute drive from Europa Park!!!In terms of value for money - we got above and beyond what we expected. We would definitely like to go back there again!!!

Breakfast until 10:00 and there were days when we got up a little late after long and busy days. When you arrive at 09:40 they already start folding things and closing access to the dining area which is a bit annoying and makes you feel like they want you to finish quickly and vacate the place. If they would move the breakfast times towards 11:00 I think it would be perfect.

Located close to Europa park, it was an easy drive to the park. They were also very kind to give us recommendations on where to eat. Dog friendly stay! I really like how the hotels in Germany provide dog bowls and something for the dog at the stays.

Beautiful sleek interior in the lobby. The room was tastefully decoratend and very clean, the beds and pillows very comfy. I really liked the surreal paintings on the wall.The staff was always exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was varied and really tasty, good coffee too. Finally I loved that you were able to checkout until 12 and get breakfast until 11, perfect for a cozy sleep in on Sunday!

We loved everything! Breakfast was delicious and affordable, rooms were clean, showers were amazing, bed was comfy!

Easy - all is fine

The welcoming was super cold. I had the impression is was not welcomed when arrived at your desk. Terrible service.On the next morning it was perfect with a super team. But sometimes a bad experience at the beginning can leave a bitter taste on the whole stay. The lady who unwelcomed us should read this.

Nice space for dog and family.

Price should have included breakfast. Very expensive per day rate with ZERO housekeeping. Also, they say pet friendly but have a sign once you arrive that stated you can't leave dog in bungalow. So false advertising.

We wanted to stay close to Europapark and Rulantica, while needing to have two separate bedrooms (not a coach in the living area) and be allowed to bring our dog. The bungalows available at FourSide ticked all boxes.

Clean, modern, friendly, plenty of space and facilities. Near to the train station, there is a nearby bus stop for Europa Park and a sizable supermarket close by.

The facilities and room were very modern and the gym was up to date and great.The room had great amenities including a lovely bathroom and fridge as well as a smart TV.Cheap deal and close to Europa Park and Rulantica.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the air-conditioning in the room did not work. Upon arrival, the bottles of soap and shower gel were empty in the room. This was not replaced by the housekeeping team. Unfortunately, the bed was a bit unstable too.The breakfast was incredibly expensive for what was on offer.

Very very clean ! And confortable. The rooms are cozy. Staff is really nice. Perfect hotel !

Friendly staff, lovely decorations, good gym, free coffee, free parking, and nice location to Europa park!There is a big supermarket and kebab place in walking distance as well. We really liked this hotel!

We asked cleaning but they didn't vaccum the floor or wipe out the table...It was very obvious to see the mess though.

3 min from the Autobahn - so very convenient, but no traffic noise. Great little gym with modern running band and bike with free weights and other useful looking stuff. Rate was a good deal.

Coffee maker / Kettle in the room would have been nice - but not necessary.

I booked the hotel for a friend who was traveling with a pet. They had a great stay there and there were many things waiting for the pet. Thank you!
