Hotel La Mirabelle close to Europa Park

We visited from Puerto Rico. The hotel is near Europa-Park (like 8 minute drive), is very clean and the staff is very nice!

Exceptional breakfast: many options (fruits, charcuterie, eggs and bacon, dark bread, jelly and croissants). Spacious bedrooms and confortable mattress. We will come back to this hotel next time we go to Europa parc!

One of the two coffee machines was out of order so we had to wait in line for the only one that was working. At the beginning, It wasn’t easy to understand how it functions ( e.g how to place the cup), but we managed. Very good mocha coffee!

Staff were fantastic and nice. The property was clean and rooms comfortable. We’re a family of 5 and stood in a family room and everyone had a comfortable bed. Totally recommend for a family.

After a long day out, we order food from a local restaurant and when it was delivered, we’re asked to eat in the dining hall and not the room. Any leftover had to be left in a small refrigerator in the dining hall.

The stay was really great ! We booked late for a visit to Europapark and could not have expected a better value.Parking was readily available, we checked-Din in the evening and the room was tidy, the bathroom spacious. We were welcomed with a list of groceries centers, snacks and restaurants in the area, with their opening hours which helped a lot.The breakfast had a decent amount of options and very usefull to feast on before going to the park.Kudos to the very welcoming reception staff !

Nothing in particular, the stay was very smooth and went very well.The only downside we saw were the beds that were twin-beds put together (two mattresses) instead of a Queen with a single matress. Was still comfortable to sleep on together as a couple.

Nice looking and clean place, nice breakfast

When we got to the room at 22h, there was only one bed cover and one pillow (even though there were 4 beds) and one towel. We are a family of four and had to share one pillow and a bedsheet. There was nobody to talk to and ask for these items.

This hotel is all about the location - super close to Europa Park and Rulantica, we were happy about that.Other than that - the hotel was great, all in all it was worth the price.

The room was on the first level, next to the entrance to the parking, so it had some noise sometimes but not too bad.Could be cleaner, but not too bad.

The hotel is ideally located to Europa Park. We were in the park the whole day till it closed. Then drove about 8 min to get to the hotel. The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood. The staff were all very friendly. The room was very spacious, had a double bed and two single beds and space for a place to sit and a big wardrobe. The double bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel for families wanting to go to Europa park.

The only very small thing missing in the room was a fan. It was very hot as it was August and almost 30 degrees. It was a bit warm in the room and a fan would have helped. But we showered cool and then were still able to get a good nights rest.

Perfect option for a couple of nights to visit Europa park. Just 5-10 minutes drive to main gate. Room was quite big and comfortable for family with two kids. Hotel generally looked fresh and new. Breakfast could have been better, it seamed poor for us. For example there wasn’t no lactose or alternative milk. The table setting and buffet looked very simple. But anyway you won’t stay hungry.

Great hotel with really comfortable family rooms. Great quality beds, very clean. Easy late check in through key-box at the entrance. Nice breakfast. We were staying for one night passing on our way home. Will dedinately book again. Thanks!

Breakfast underwhelming, but not bad. Essential to have it in the Hotel, as the village(s) around it are not the most equipped and the resorts are a bit pricey with food as they have a captive audience...

Location was perfect, just 10 min. from Rulantica and Europark and very close to restaurants and cafe's. staff were very nice although could not comply with some basic requests... the room is simple but elegant and pretty clean so basically we would recommend the place for families looking for the perfect spot while visiting Europark & Rulantica

Although we were given a simple info sheet that mentioned you can request a cattle for your room when we asked for one the very nice staff said there aren't any... The note in the room said if we want our towels to be replaced, we should leave them on the floor, which we did but upon returning from a full day in Rulantica we discovered the towels were not replaced so we had no dry towels to use at all and the lady in the front desk once again said they cannot give us fresh towels... so we had to use the one that laid on the floor and ask our family in another room for theirs.For our lack of luck, a fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, that same day and all suests of the hotel had to go out of their rooms (in their PJ's!) so that also did not add to our experience (we could only get some sleep after 1:00 am)

Not enough towels. 2 given for 2 guests but no hand towels, or no floor towel for jumping out shower. Maybe be nice to have air con, and shutters don’t open so no real fresh air coming into room. But overall still positive experience

Not much

Not a hotel, not even a motel. Rooms are hot, no AC, a fan didn’t work properly, room windows are literally at the parking. So your options are close windows and be too hot, open the windows and get the exhaust of the parking, not to mention no window screens against mosquitoes. Very basic, bed’s uncomfortable and noises from other rooms.

The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The hotel was spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The quadruple room was large with comfortable beds and a large shower and toilet room. Very good recommendations from staff as to where to eat. We went to a lovely Italian restaurant and a traditional German one and both were excellent. Good location to visit europa park.

The parking can get full but we always managed to find somewhere. No air conditioning! It was 31 degrees when we stayed and it was very hot. They had a plug in air conditioning unit in the breakfast area and fans in the bedroom which helped.
