- The parking situation was not convenient. Free parking ended at 8 am and there was no option to purchase a parking ticket in the evening. So you have to get up at 8 and go to the parking area to get the ticket.

- The building is in renovation, all the windows are closed so there is no fresh air in the rooms. The rooms are very warm.

Poor communication in English.Individuals were rude in the sense that I was bothering them with my questions while some were polite.The hotel does not have a parking lot for its guestsLack of Kindness towards a guest who traveled a long way to get to the hotel.

Bed in the room wasn’t comfortable - mattress has been damaged. Bathroom wasn’t so clean and shower stall was too old. Not so comfortable water faucet with water saving system. Breakfast without sweet dessert
