Comfortable hotel with a very pleasant restaurant for dinner. After a long day of driving

Had a very comfortable stay, but arrived after dark, And had a little bit of a drive to Locate the hotel off the highway.

Really disappointing that at 9pm we had to take our drinks to the room as they closed the restaurant/bar as they had to get up early in the morning. We purposely book places that has a restaurant so we can have a sit and relax, not made to feel as though we were a nuisance for asking for another glass of wine. The room wasn't set up for sitting in for an evening of relaxation, so quite a let down for the end of the holiday. Also only sold wine by the glass, an expensive way to buy it!

We spent the night here during our journey home from Tuscany, Italy. The owners are great. friendly people. The room was spacious and very good. Nice bathroom. We also had dinner in the evening and it was delicious. Furthermore, the breakfast was also good

Nice place in German countryside. Room and bath clean and comfortable . Breakfast abundant. You can dine with classical German dishes in the restaurant of the structure.

I was given a very narrow single bed, but after I commented on it, the hotel changed my room and gave me a triple bedroom

Booked this hotel as a rest stop between home and holiday, good spot close to the highway. Warm welcome, good care, good breakfast. Typical German Gasthof. Highly recommended!

Furniture is a bit dated but everything functional. Nothing to refrain you from booking this hotel.

Run for many years by the same nice family the hotel is just a few miles from the autobahn close in a quiet village. They were extremely welcoming and we dined from the extensive menu of regional specialties and in the morning we had an ample breakfast. .

It wasn't the fault of the hotel, but it was difficult to find owing to several road closures that defeated the sat Nov.
