The location near San Giovanni was perfect for me.

Lovely staff and close to where I needed to be. Bed was comfortable.

Experience is really very good - Supportive staff and amazing service. Stay was really very good, will recommend all for the stay in future during their visit to Italy.

Everything was really very good, Internet speed was slow.

There was no kettle in the room. Couldn’t get the airconditioner to work.

24 hours reception is available and good response friendly trite i like it. silent no any disturbance breakfast is good

small room, room inside no internet I complaint tow time but no use, hotel to airport taxi charge taking too much 45 euro (hotel taxi) when I going airport to hotel taking 34 euro (airport taxi)

The room smelled of cigarette smoke and the smell kept coming in through the bathroom vents. The cleaning was not done up to a standard and there was dust on bathroom sides. Mould in the shower. The carpet in the room is absolutely disgusting, you can see how dirty it is. The hotel is outdated, but it can be nice if it was kept cleanThe breakfast is not a help yourself buffet. You have to tell what you want and staff put it on your tray. Never seen this done anywhere else. Very annoying

A big closet, televison (if you aren’t Italian so you don’t understand anything XD), a bathroom with big mirror, a little fridge and especially the air conditinor. That’s a thing you need the most in summer in Italy. Without it you may not survive the very hot day in summer in Italy.

A shower is kinda small but it’s not a big problem.

We spent just a night. Clean. Very good breakfast.

Breakfast was very nice. We enjoyed the variety and the lactose free options where quite impressive. Staff was also very helpful.

Whish they had lunch and supper options but it was out of season and also not during week, so was not too disappointing

Staff, great room aircon, spacious room, private car parking, little fitness park nearby. Ideal for weekends when traffic to Bologna is not heavy

Covid rules still in place for breakfast in June 2022, not sure if government mandated or excess of hotel zeal.

Breakfast was excellent. Location close to San Giovanni was perfect for me. Staff was always courteous, welcoming, and helpful. Room was very clean, and kept clean every day.

The personal was super friendly and were very helpful to advice in our travel plans to visit Bologna via train. The food in the restaurant was very good and was really value for money.

a breakfast is not suitable for a 4 - star, there is a person who , although the sympathic tetsuo cut too thick peces of cheese', its not possible to thake either water or juice on your own, no tomatoes only if you ask, the breakfast method is not suitable for us, and its the first timr i saw this in 4 star hotel

The room, the staff and the restaurant were all excellent. Magnificent breakfast.An excellent location for visiting Bologna, 20 minutes away by train and half the price of the hotels there.

The location on an industrial estate on the outskirts of town was the only downside for us. Perhaps okay if travelling by car, but a 30 minute walk from the train station and no taxi rank at the station.
