You feel at home in this hotel.The breakfast is rich and satisfies all needs.The staff is kind and attentive.Structure located in a quiet area with a beautiful view of the hills.The rooms are a little dated, but well preserved, there is everything you need, including a walk-in wardrobe and ironing board.

Helpful staff. Lovely comfortable room, with a large balcony with idyllic views. Has a small (very small) indoor swimming-pool.

Restaurant menu limited. And unfortunately they do take large groups (a by-product of conferences I think) which in our case meant we had inebriated guests crashing about in the rooms next to and above us until 2am in the morning. Not ideal.

Clean, comfortable, excellent beds.

Staff can be Swabian-chilly, extremely difficult to book restaurant or wellness in advance, parking often filled with restaurant guests.

Nice family style Hotel, beautyful view and great outside area with restaurant area and playground for kids.Restaurant is good value for money, friendly staff and tradicional schwabian kirchen.

Inside pool water was a but too cold for my taste.

The Dinner was Good and service was pleasant. The outside area was appealing.

The rooms where very small, the options for gluten and lactose free where minimal, and the wellness area was not well equipped.

It was odd to be asked when one would come for breakfast. Should be acceptable to arrive for breakfast any time during the breakfast hours. Also, dinner took a long time to serve and the price of some of the meals was not clear when ordering. Much higher than expected.

Our room didn’t have airconditioning and was rather warm.

The view was very nice and the restaurant was very good

a lot of noise from the clients sitting outiside in the garden, the rooms are not good isolated, you hear the other guests next to your room. No climatisation, no daily cleaning of the room. No wellness feeling

Disappointing

Arrival was disappointing. Facilities all closed at 8PM. Room was stuffy. Breakfast: Reception miss-matched me with a group, when I came alone and was already not feeling good about the experience. Breakfast was rushed as they has to set up for wedding. At check our there was no one.

Nice area to sleep over, calm place.

Late check out in the morning (barely managed before 7... and also late breakfast). The receptionist was Impossible to arrange the invoice without breakfast written on it and when I wanted to cancel then the breakfast it was impossible... so at the end I had to pay. I don't recommend for business travelers .

The restaurant is now shut on Sundays and we were not told until we arrived. Bit difficult communicating with staff now.

Super friendly staff in a quiet location. Close to nature, you can go for long walks. Easy to park right in front of the hotel. Breakfast buffet with a large selection.

The property starts to look dated. We paid a premium price for an ok room. For the premium price, I expect more, e.g., daily housekeeping, modern rooms, and top-notch facilities. The swimming pool was ok, but the showers need an overhaul. As a hotel at one point you need to make a choice to invest or lower your prices.

A really classic provincial hotel that works hard to get things right. Staff were excellent and went out of their way to help. Peaceful and comfortable.

The room, view and parking were great!

We really can’t praise this hotel enough and can think of nothing to report as not being “fabulous”
