Staff very friendly, hotel clean with good facilities, beds very comfortable

The rooms were very clean, and close to each other as per our request. The breakfast was good, and the staff very welcoming and friendly.

It is a decent and clean hotel located close to the city center. Staff is helpful, room is a good size and breakfast is decent.

The receptionist on the day of my arrival was beyond nice and professional. The hotel itself is very close to the city center, it’s clean. It has its own parking places, though it’s limited, but around it you can find free places to park.

Staff is outstandingly helpful and nice. Beds are crazy comfortable.

Breakfast coffee is not good :(Bathrooms need renewal

Great location in the city center, walking distance to squares, churches and most restaurants.Make sure to book a table in the hotel restaurant Clorophylla, outdoor preferably in the summer - highly recommendable food and professional staff!

The air conditioner in the room is working ON-OFF and it is a little bit noisy.

The hotel is very clean and looks good, with extra friendly and kind staff - from the helpful front office team to the nice ladies at the breakfast room and the lovely cleaning staff. The room was clean and looked nice - I loved my flowery wallpaper. The breakfast was delicious and got good coffee from the bar. Very close to city center and railway station.I was perfect for my short stay.

The room and the bed can be a bit smaller, but I am small too so it wasn't a problem.

Breakfast was great, as well as the location, it is practically in the city centre. The staff was super helpful, fluent in English and extremely polite. I would definitely visit again!

We booked a triple room and there was not space left to move around or to place the luggage. It would have been very uncomfortable to stay more than one night.

The hotel is modern and well-designed for ease and comfort, very close to the station and the old city centre. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and everything functioned as it should (broadband, a/c etc.). The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice, and the staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel restaurant, which is recommended in the tourist literature as a stand-alone restauarant, was closed for renovations. We were warned of this in advance.

It is very conveniently located and yet very quiet. The hotel is kept up to date and is quite comfortable.

The restaurant was not available. The gym was available officially only from 9 am. Unofficially from 8, depending on occupation status of adjoining rooms.
