Disappointing

We didn’t get the room we booked, but I had to pay the full price. Moreover, pictures on the advertisement did not fit at all to the rooms.

5th stay here whilst travelling through Italy. Great place, secure, safe and quiet, friendly staff, and just 5 mins from motorway exit.

Great location..super clean and great parking. Secure and easy access.

The young lad working in reception was absolutely marvellous. Our room didn’t have a kettle and he organised a jug of hot water so we could make a cup of tea. The nearest restaurant is two kms away and the lad cheerfully ordered food to be delivered.The lad was delightful to deal with and his English was excellent. Thank you!Our room was ok - this is a motel for motorists easily reachable by car but not by foot. Showers were good.

The pillows were hard. There was one soft pillow in the cupboard and we shared that.The room could do with a kettle and instant coffee / tea and cups.

Greatlocation just off autostrada.Secure parking right outside the door.

Even though the motel was very empty, unfortunately they booked guests in right next door, who arrived at 1am, and left at 6am, resulting in us having a disturbed night.

The motel is well located just a few minutes from the motor way. The room was clear and we could park just in front of the door

Even it is empty they put all customers together near to near and that’s not good, noisy and no space between cars. They have to separate at least.

Third stay here whilst travelling through Italy. We like it for it's value for money, and it's secure parking. It's also very easy to find from the autostrada.

American style motel not far from the motorway so makes a great stopping off point for travelling through northern Italy to Switzerland. Exceptionally clean rooms, very spacious, car parking right outside unit. No restaurant but near to (by car) Fidenza outlet shopping centre which has a good range of restaurants and shops

Lack of plug sockets, one in bedroom and one in bathroom..not great when trying to charge laptop, phones etc

Very clean and practical room. Especially if you are arriving with the car, you get your own park space in front of the room.

No very good for Via francigena walkers. Quite difficult to cross SP 12, very busy traffic.

I arrived at the hotels late at night There was an employee who was very helpful and very very comfortable Made me feel at home

In the morning upon departure I asked the receptionist to order a taxi He gave me phone numbers for the taxi, but he did not call, knowing that I did not speak Italian After waiting for about 20 minutes, his manager called a taxi and remedied the situation He was completely unhelpful and unfriendly

Hotel caters to automobile traffic, can drive to room and park in front of room. Facilities are clean, soundproof, and modern. I am a Via Francigena hiker, owner was kind and gave me a ride back to town!! Excellent

No restaurant or breakfast. Not a good place for Via Francigena pilgrims.

We were able to park just outside the room which was ideal! We were travelling down from Germany so parking a loaded car inside was a must. A great place to stop and get some rest!

The room was very clean and comfortable.

For us, pilgrims on the via Francigena, it was too far out of town and the walk over the interchange into town is too dangerous.The wi-fi appeared to have very poor reception.

Perfect motel for a night stop along the highway. The motel has all amenities to spend a quite restfull night. Around the corner at the highway exit there are some beautiful restaurants to try the local stuff.

location was great. It was very nice to have a little area outside. Everything was on the ground floor, old American motel style. very nice place to stay.

It is a hidden gem . Beautiful clean room . Spacious . Bed very comfortable. Car parking excellent.

It is only a couple of minutes from the Autostrada and situated on the road from the Autostrada. It is the third time I have stayed here, I find it very convenient, the car park is next to the room and no stairs. There are a couple of fuel stations on the way from the Autostrada where fuel is much cheaper. Plenty of restaurants a few minutes drive from the motel.
