Comfortable, clean, well located and helpful staff. The wifi was good as was the water pressure and temperature. Breakfast was tasty and extensive.

We were hiking the Via Francigena and wanted a place close to the trail; mission accomplished! The property is older but very nice. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. It was also close to restaurants and cafes. Breakfast the next morning was very good and filling for hikers on the go. The price for the room was very reasonable.

Bathroom is a bit small, but ok.

Warm, friendly welcome at reception. Perfect location right in the center of a cute town and at the start of the Via Francigena. Comfy, spacious room. Great breakfast included, and the restaurant next door served a delicious dinner with good wine.

The best place in Fidenza for an overnight stay on the Via Francigena: good room, shower, breakfast, nice restaurant next door, in the old town, on the path, not expensive.

Small hotel close to the train station and the town centre. Everything in Fidenza is in walking distance. The room was ok and spacious, could do with some refurbishment. Staff were friendly and it was fine for a one-night-stay

As there a not many alternatives, the rate is too high for a simple hotel. The place would benefit from refurbishment.

A well-located hotel with nice facilities for a stay while hiking along the Via Francigena. The staff were efficient and friendly and made our stay pleasant.

Reception was very nice and helpful. We were allowed to store our bikes in the entrance hall over night.

I liked that one of our hotel rooms had big windows. There were enough towels. That's all.

I really disliked this hotel. I don't understand where the good reviews come from because this was a complete disappointment. In fact, it was the disappointment what made me want to leave a comment. The hotel in itself is very old. The rooms seriously need some renovation. The elevator is very small. The beds were not comfortable. The toilet was not stable. The shower was the worst I have ever used. The breakfast was extremely disappointing, it didn't have many things and some of things didn't taste fresh. After breakfast we found some workers inside one of the rooms without anybody telling us before. The staff also wasn't so nice. And I really disliked the treatment I received in the pizzeria in the hotel.

This is a very basic hotel, not very luxurious but comfortable all the same.

Clean, spacious and conveniently located. Restaurant attached served a nice evening meal.

Very close to the train station yet quiet. Clean rooms if a little small. Very friendly and professional reception staff. Nice breakfast.

We had a large and very nice room (even with a sofa) and breakfast was included.

The only thing to maybe mention was a strong perfumy smell. In the morning one could hear car traffic, but we were getting up early anymway.
