Hotel mostly for older crowd because of the proximity to the thermal waters. You can walk to the city center.

Convenient location near the airport, early breakfast, high ceilings, soft flooring

The air heating in the room did not work at night - it was cold

Location and convenience

Quality of the facilities. Room reeked of smoke, showers broken, curtains falling. We have stayed here before, but this is the worst experience. Facility have definitely gone downhill.

Breakfast eggs were cold, sausages were terrible, coffee not so great. Bed was not really comfortable, no AC. Location soso. If you have pet you have to pay 10€ per day, but they do not clean nor change the sheets daily.

The hotel was nice and well maintained.The staff very welcoming.The parking in front of the hotel (at around 50m) is very spacious, comfortable and safe.The room was very clean and well maintained.I had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was very good.

The dinner was good but the staff was very very slow. Maybe there were a bit too many customers but waiting 2 hours for a complete dinner was rather tiring. Anyway the staff apologized for the inconvenience and I can understand that sometimes can happen to have more guests than expected.

Clean, comfortable, very good breakfast, very polite and friendly staff, good location, nice places to eat in the area, excellent value for the money!

Great stay. Smiling and helpful personnel, spacious and comfortable room, shower with much water, Murano glass chandeliers and other antique decor, breakfast with wide choice and amazing green territory. Also I got an upgraded room likely due to season opening) I will come again!

Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in its own quiet and attractive grounds.

Air conditioning rather than a ceiling fan would have been good. The breakfast was nice but not lots of choice.

Breakfast was good. Overall, the hotel had a beautiful garden, great staff, and located next to a small town.

Location was far. By taxi it's 50 euros for a 15 minute drive. Perhaps better to advice guests about the costs of transportation. But it's not the fault of the hotel. I would still go to the hotel again! The stay was definitely worth it!

The only thing I liked was the location - near Bergamo Airport Orio al Serio.

The single rooms are not air conditioned. There are no socket in the room to plug in and charge your phone. The only one is occupied with the ventilator, but if you switch off the ventilator it is impossible to stay in the room in the summer days. Thanks there was a socket in the bathroom. I ordered a drink which came after a half an hour. I didn’t recommend the breakfast in a box to take away.

The accepted late check in! Reception’s staffs are so friendly and very kind. Perfect for a car driver to up and down Milan to Venezia area!

The staff is great and very helpful. They are attentive to details and have a positive energy. By far, the best part of our staying was the interaction with the staff. They were funny, professional and open to help us at any time.

The hotel is old. It needs serious improvement in terms of facilities (no A/C in rooms, no closet, no fridge or anything else to keep the food or fresh water in the room). A bit disappointing. Why the property does not invest more in this hotel?

The receptionist was brilliant, she seemed to do everything and always with a smile. Room was compact, but comfortable. Breakfast was simple. Good value stay.
