Swiss Diamond Hotel & Spa

The staff were very helpful. They provided us with the shuttle and booked us buses tickets which was very helpful with transportation. The view of the hotel was amazing and I believe all the rooms have this perfect view of the lake.

Our room was in first floor (106)and smells bad and it didn’t fix until last day. It smells like sewage wage from the pipes.

Very clean, staff friendly and helpful all hours of the day and night.

I do not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

It’s was so bad stay, The bathroom was very bad and there was a sewage overflow. The air conditioning was very bad. The rooms were very hot.

The had a beatiful view of the lake, Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.

We paid for an extra bed but only received a sofa, and the staff could not provide a proper solution at the end.

The food was horrible, there was no AC in the room so we did not sleep. The location is nothing great The front desk was not polite

Beautiful view, the spa is great and the lake access is also wonderful. We booked a suite which was very comfortable. The outdoor pool area is also lovely, and the Vico-Morcote area is fantastic. Our second stay at the property.

No help offered with bags on arrival, slow service at reception (two staff were chatting in the office behind while we waited), housekeeper was overwhelmed with work. Breakfast is now on the ground floor whereas the old space on the roof was much more attractive.

Great view of the lake. There is a sauna and a pool. You can swim in the lake and get drinks. Good place to relax.

It's a bit further away from the Morcote town. So about a 20 min walk.

Breakfast and service were great.

Dinner was average. Service was good.

Excellent location, views, good size of the rooms and bathrooms.

There were repair works and obstructing view from the ground floor restaurant.

Amazing Hotel, with very Good Staff ! Everybody, starting from the Entrance, the Reception, Cleaning, Breakfast, every body had an excellent performance. Kind and unique all staff. Rooms very nice, breakfast excellent !, location amazing, it is probably just the best hospitality structure in Ticino.

I reserved a room with bathtub and it was written in the facility of the room , at check in they told me that i have to request bathtub .

I don't have good impressions, everything is different from the photos on the website
