Very good

No water kettle nor coffee machine in room. Bad bathroom door.

The rooms, the views from the room, the balcony, the restaurant, the food, the location, the friendly staff- everything was spot on!

The room felt clean, modern and fresh. The staff couldn't have been more helpful.

The facilities were very well maintained. Loved the rooms. Was not a busy period so possibly the reason behind below average breakfast served.Dinner experience was good though.Staff were nice and helpful.

Amazing staff. Very polite and helpful. The swimming pool in the spa section were great. The food was also fantastic.

Spacious and functional room, well equipped and very clean; attentive Staff offering great service and attention to detail; very good spa area with different types of saunas and a swimming pool; great location, walking distance from the ski lift, ski school and rental shop; car parking. We were allowed to use the spa for the full day also after checkout.

Our group consisted of two couples and we had two double rooms. Ours was located in the main building and was really great and obviously renovated. Our friends' room was located in another building (behind the main one) and seemed older and in my view inferior to the much nicer room we had. The two rooms had the same rate which I think was not well deserved. Our friends felt a little disappointed when comparing with our room.

Rooms with bad view to the garbage location. Lot of noise from kitchen into the rooms. Disrespectfull personal (-Please I need soap! -After 7 pm somebody my coleague will bring it to you.- I will need before 7 pm, now is it 2 pm.- it' s not my problem.)

lovely owners. you can tell they take pride in their “home.”. For a four star resort, they serve 5 star food— with a little treat from the chef before each meal. You must try the chocolate mousse, the goulash with crème fresh, the snitzel is amazing, pumpkin risotto, gnocchi (they brought my Italian husband seconds like he was family), French onion soup and the glugwine. Their New Years meal was top as well — their fillet of beef was tender. I hope you enjoy this hotel as much as we did.

The beef filet was grandious as well as all other food served. We really liked the spa area. Staff was really friendly.

Maybe it was due to corona rearrangements, sometimes it seemed a little disorganized. Food from another room on our bill, lunch pack could not be found. Several times asked twice to order food. Nothing serious as everything was solvable and staff was really friendly.

The breakfast was great, the restaurant also. The room was big and cozy

In the room: no coffée machine, no way to make a tea, the spa was missing a jacuzzi and the pool was freezing

Excellent food & SPA

Everything was really good, from people to amenities to the room

Maybe they need to be more clear on that app, explain we can get kettle and so on.
