It was an exceptional experience in every way, from the cleanliness and comfort to the excellent organization and attention to detail.I would like to especially thank Mr. Wael for his outstanding cooperation, refined manner, and unwavering commitment to guest comfort. The hotel was wonderful - quiet, comfortable rooms. We were able to use the spa by ourselves at no charge. The breakfast was fabulous.

Comfortable rooms in a good location very close to the center of the village. Great for families—changing mat and diaper bin very helpful. Excellent breakfast. We will come back!

The property, the amenities, its environment and both the breakfast buffet and the à la carte restaurant were excellent. The rooms and the overall facility were impeccably clean. The staff was very lovely and helpful, as well. We truly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely come back.

My only complaint were the pillows. Although the bed and the duvet were quite comfortable, the pillows were too soft. I couldn't get comfortable despite having asked for an extra one and layering them.

The overall atmosphere was peaceful and charming—perfect for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend it and would love to return!

Run by a lovely family who organized drinks for guests during easter period. Everyone is very family friendly, warm and accommodating. It’s near clean and very well taken care of.

This was a really great hotel for children, the facilities were brilliant and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We loved the room, the view was amazing. It was also easy distance to walk into Gstaad. Highly recommend.

Had a fantastic stay at Hotel Arc-en-ciel Gstaad while skiing. Great location, cozy rooms, and excellent service. Perfect for a ski trip—highly recommend!

The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is great - right next to the eggli gondola. Hotel rooms were spacious and clean. Great breakfast and food at the restaurant. And of course great views of the mountains.

All ski equipment was free of charge and the ski lifts were right next to the hotel. The city centre was also only a 10 minute walk away. The hotel itself was beautiful and the rooms all had the wooden chalet vibes.

Our Comfort room could be used together with the one next door, if you were travelling as a family. There was an outer door that kept any noise level from the corridor to a minimum.Breakfast was substantial and the restaurant was well used by both guests and non guests.Very attentive staff in the restaurant. A genuinely friendly and professional gentleman called Weil was on hand at check in and check out making us feel everyone in the hotel were keen for us to have a memorable stay.The car parking, private spa for an hour and the ski equipment hire all included in the cost of our stay were amazing
