Hotel Spitzhorn Superieur

(1) The room was quite decent in size with another level with two more beds for kids. The balcony was quite big with an amazing view(2) Staff was very friendly and helpful(3) Breakfast was really nice - we loved it(4) The pool was quite nice. Though the water was a bit cold, but we enjoyed the pool everyday!(5) There were ample parking(6) It is very close to the Gstaad center, especially if you have a car

Nice location, nice and helpful staff. Very nice views . We were upgraded to a mountain view room as we stayed an additional night. Nice spa and pool and garden . Water temperature in the pool is too low though. Friendly and flexible concierge chauffeur service to festival.

Water temperature too low in the pool. Too tight table seating in inside restaurant. Breakfasts are just very average: Fruits are not varied enough for the level of the hotel and not carefully cut. Breads and cheeses very average . Too tight service organisation . Visibly not enough staff for the amount of visitors.. Bathrooms lack body lotion. Towels are worn out. Shower gel and shampoo should be separated not combined . Hotel is a nice , commendable commercial effort but does not quite fulfil our expectations for the high price level in important details.

We asked for vegan options for breakfast while.booking. Apparently they 'didnt receive the email' from booking.com. They said theyll make sure its available atleast 2nd morning.. but it was same because apparenrly 'chef doesnt arrive until 9am'

Well situated , modern, parking

The staff across every area are exceptionally friendly. They couldnt do enough for us... and the restaurant is 5 star... amazing food and service... quite a gem.

The single beds joined together would be more comfortable as a double bed for a couple

We appreciated the facilities, the terrace, the cleanliness. Good base for mountain activities.

A little on the expensive side

It is a lovely hotel, great atmosphere and staff and nice view from the rooms. The spa area is definetly great for a 3 stars hotel and far better than most 4 stars hotel we have enjoyed in other places in Switzerland. The food quality is great, a bit pricy i would say with a rather limited choices, but nothing that deserve complains.

Very convenient location for accessing concerts during the annual Menuhin Festival. Good indoor pool.

Maybe better pillows — our fault, we should have asked.

Hotel was very cozy, SPA facilities well maintained, breakfast choices sufficient. Hotel has very nice terrace with restaurant.

More ventilation in the restaurant areas would be important at this time.

Fitness center misses a bench and some smaller wekghts
