Hotel Piz St. Moritz

The place was nice and location good.

The hotel room smelled but we were given another room.

Location super easy to access the slopes, they had a nice sauna and steam room, and good restaurant. This was a casual hotel that exceeded every expectation and the value was great!!!

Clean and convenient located. Bathroom very good.

The room was too hot since the heating was on and we could not bring the temperature down. We asked for assistance but they also couldn’t manage.

Ricardo’s restaurant was great.

We were on a 1st floor room facing the street, and it was very noisy all through the night.

The location and the staff were very good. The room size was also good. The room cleanliness was very good. The breakfast is very complete.

There was a lot of noise from doors shutting throughout the hotel. The spa was not working very well.

Rooms were nice. Staff was very nice. Wish I had taken a swimsuit as the sauna was open

Was a ride to get to the center of town where shopping and restaurants would be.

Everything else, location, breakfast, there is a market nearby, farmacy, bakery

Good location for eateries and other shops. Fair walk from station. Nice staff. Good Breakfast. Good sized room.

The entry is difficult to find - it is a single door that looks like an entrance to a night club rather than a hotel. No fridge in room.

I liked the beds were comfy bathrooms large easy access from train station the bus picks up from trains station dropped me for free infront of the hotel with my luggage’s and kids best place to stay

Great location. Windows that opened to fresh air were fantastic. The restaurant downstairs would have been convenient, but we didn’t use. (Smelled great :) Young lady at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. The room was absolutely spotless and had an updated decor and clean minimal appearance.

The water was not hot, but it was suitably comfortable anyway.

The room was spacious and had stunning views.

The floor had significant water damage and the bathroom completely flooded when the shower was used.

The first room they showed us, had NO HEAT, and it was cold. For a three star hotel, very wrong. On the other hand, the restaurant, Richardos is unbelievable. Great food and great service,

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast and nice Italian resto for dinner

No temp control. Room was very warm, but loud with the window open.

The receptionist, I believe she was from Africa, was exceptional. Super helpful, kind, great sense of humor and an overall nice person! The room was awesome too.

Hotel rooms had dirty couches, hole in one of the doors. Staff didn’t know much.
