- Did not have breakfast. Good restaurant connected to the hotel. Friendly staff. Front desk was very helpful giving directions. St. Mortiz pass for free transportation and cable cars. Easy to walk to town and train station.

Good value for money. This boutique hotel is comfortable and despite being located uphill, there is a bus station nearby and there is an elevator for the building. The hotel also generously lent the city access card for the guest so you can travel free nearby and use the cable cars too! Nice bathtub and shower, great restaurant next to the hotel and friendly staff. Very nice breakfast with plenty of choices too!
The hot water abruptly stopped for a period of time but I’m told it was only a temporary problem.
Location was perfect, got to walk around, shop a little. Shops and restaurants abound nearby. Room was really nice, with a beautiful view, bathroom was impeccable. Convenient to get a taxi for a very early check out to get to Glacier Express train.
The smell of cooking once you step out of your door, food choices at their hotel restaurant is limited and pricey.
Location was great and food at the restaurant was excellent.
Very small elevator but glad they at least have one.
Beds were super comfy. The breakfast was amazing with lots of options to select from. They have a wonderful authentic Italian restaurant downstairs that we enjoyed 1 night. And the best asset is Nicola, who was at the front desk, who answered our zillion questions with kindness, patience and gave us great information to help us to have a fabulous time. Thank you Nicola.
Our experience was wonderful especially because of the helpfulness and kindness shown to us by Nicoli
Our room was VERY hot with no way of turning down the temperature in it. The floor in the bathroom was incredibly hot and uncomfortable to stand on.
We liked the wood bed and very cool mural. Nice shower
No air. The room was hot and when we opened the window he light would shine in and disturb us
Nice restaurant for dinner, breakfast was ok. Quaint place close to everything.
House keeping could have been better. They didn't even pickup a plate with 4 hour old leftover eggs on it. Room was hot.
The bed was very comfortable along with the linens.
The property was a bit difficult on foot to find the entrance. Our room opened up to a bar and pizza joint downstairs, which kept the noise levels high until 1 AM. Due to no air con nor fan, the windows needed to be open for circulation hence the inability to shut out the noise from the downstairs restaurant and bar.
The hotel staff is exceptional and the location is in the center of town. There is a restaurant and bar associated with the hotel. The have parking in a secure private area. It is a short walk to everything including a grocery store which had everything you might need. The only downside is our room looked toward another hotel which had a bright sign. The hotel had wonderful curtains to cover it so it really was not a factor when sleeping. Other than that it is wonderful and you won't be disappointed. I can't wait to return.
The noise of staying in a city center, but that is expected. If you close the windows you don't hear it. I just like to have the windows open.
The staff, the location, the breakfast, the heated floor in the bathroom, it was all just exceptional!I can only highly recommend this gem!!
The location, near the center. Friendly staff and close to restaurants.
We stay in a triple room and the space was quiet limited especially difficult to put our luggages.
Comfortable beds, great shower and bathtub. Perfect mini fridge. Good wifi speed. Easy self checkin after 8PM
Usage of the room kitchen costs 60 euro…
By far the best breakfast we had out of all the hotels we stayed at traveling through Switzerland. The private bathroom was also the largest with windows to help circulate air from the bedroom balcony that kept the room temp comfortable without a/c
The small elevator made it hard to use with two people with only a backpack and one carry on bag. But this is pretty common in most European hotels.
Very cute room and restaurant
Little pricy, like the rest of the town
Everything, perfect location, great staff, wonderful room , spotless and great food. 10+. The best breakfast you will ever have at a hotel.
We did not have breakfast but coffee and fruits in the lobby were perfect. Walking distance
The location is far enough from the station.
The location is very central
The junior suite is a normal hotel room plus a small kitchen does not justify the priceThe smell in the room was horrible (sewer smell)The bathtub/shower made very loud noises at random times including at night and water was coming up from the drain. The walls are thin and you can hear from the other roomsThe balcony needs some improvements
