Pros +
- The spa & restaurant was really great.
- From the very first step, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Throughout our stay, everyone we met—especially at the reception—was always welcoming, greeting us with a smile and checking if we were comfortable. Our room was spacious with a lovely view, and the bed was super comfortable—10/10! The special bathtub with a TV was such a fun surprise… my husband ended up taking a much longer bath than usual, hahaha! But that’s what vacations are for, right? The reception staff also gave us great tips about where to go and what to see in St. Moritz, which made our trip even more enjoyable. And after our chilly evening walks, coming back to warm Glühwein and delicious cookies was simply perfect. We can’t miss mentioning our dinner at the hotel restaurant—absolutely exceptional! Compliments to the Chef for a fantastic meal. Highly recommended. We truly love this hotel and will definitely choose it again the next time we visit St. Moritz.
- Location was amazing. The rooms were clean and very cozy. I liked the bed and the bathroom, and the internet worked well. The food was also amazing.
Cons -
- The window/light between the room & the bathroom took a little to get use to ;).
- We love everything!!
- The coffee maker in the room didn’t work. It had a strange residue in the water container, which was quite unpleasant. Please pay more attention to these kinds of maintenance issues. As for the breakfast, the coffee was extremely weak and of poor quality. It might be necessary to descale the coffee machine or use better coffee beans, because the current experience is far below expectations.

The hotel is very nice! The room was very clean and cozy. The staff at the reception was friendly! The breakfast was delicios and with many options. We will come back for sure!
THe staff was the highlight, Paul from the front desk was an absolute gentleman, he explained everything about st moritz, even drew a map of where we should bike ride, with the best spots. We arrive late and the restaurant was about to close, he asked the kitchen to help us, so we sat alone at the restaurant, all the restaurant staff gave us 5 star attention, food was expensive but very good. It was a comfortable stay, expensive as everything in st moritz, but we loved it.
nice location, clean rooms, nice service
breakfast closed too early for us to attend
Easily accessible by bus from train station
Comfortable rooms, cozy beds and nice vegetarian options for breakfast
Room was nice as it had a sitting area facing a mountain and a spacious bathroom. Food in dining room was delicious for evening meal. Very good breakfast. Staff was helpful regarding instructions and requests.
The hotel room is clean and tidy, the big bed is moderately soft and hard, very comfortable. The quilt is also suitable
Breakfast and staff were great.
Location a walk into town.
the coffee machine and the big room
that the breakfast is only till 10 and not 11 am
Amazing hotel, super friendly staff, gave us the room even a bit earlier as it was ready. The parking spots are limited outside, but free! Breakfast was amazing! Delicious with a big variety of food. The room and bathroom were clean and modern. Everything needed was provided. I really loved the hotel and will definitely be bag! Very pleasantly impressed!
Location was convenient although everything is St Moritz is close
We were not informed before about the spa outside not working
The friendly and helpful staff and personal, both in the restaurant and at reception. The position was excellent for the Signal cable car and the shuttle bus for the world championships. My visit was not long enough to take full advantage of all facilities on offer, but I really enjoyed the stay.
cold water Pressure on right hand sink in bathroom and the shower curtain did not keep the water from flooding on to the whole bathroom floor, thermostat in shower may need adjustment.
Room was lovely, good size & view, spa across the road was gorgeous!! Staff super friendly & even showed us to our room & tips of where to go in town. Breakfast great
Spa being across the street rather than at the property & wellness centre on site felt a little disjointed.
The service was exceptional - extremely helpful at check in. Able to use the spa facilities outside of usual hours. Breakfast was delicious.
Only negative is that is it is a little walk to St Moritz but that’s clear from the map.
Our stay in St. Moritz was truly unforgettable, and a huge part of that was thanks to the incredible service we received from the receptionist Tiziano. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with a warm smile and a genuinely friendly attitude that made us feel welcome. He was always approachable, ready to assist with any request, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Whether it was recommendations for local spots, handling special requests, or simply his positive energy, his outstanding customer service made all the difference. The hotel itself was not bad, but it was his kindness and professionalism that truly set our experience apart. We can’t thank him enough and would absolutely return, knowing we’d be in such great hands.
Perfect house keeping and perfect reception manager
Breakfast waitress was unfriendly
Location, breakfast, good discoiunts for ski passes
Service at breakfast area: it took long time for wiating dishes from the menu. Need to be imporoved!
Great location, very nice, friendly and helpful staff, excellent distance to the Signal cable car station
No complain, we like everything in this Hotel, very nice and convenient rooms, tasteful breakfast, etc.
