    Close to town center

Our room and the hotel in general smelled awful. Super small room and very expensive even without breakfast.

The location was PERFECT! Just 5 min away from the funicular station and a taxi of 20 CHF from the train station. I loved so much St Moritz and would stay here again!

Breakfast was good but needed more food to come out when it was eaten

Mattresses are awful. For the money they are completely unacceptable. You cannot sleep on them properly!

Breakfast was ok. Continental breakfast included only croissants, bread and coffee. Full breakfast had limited choices too. No fruits. They ran out of croissants the first day. The view from breakfast area was amazing. Staff was very courteous.

Reception should inform guests that they need confirmation for breakfast in advance as they make limited portions of food accordingly.

The view from the room was beautiful! The room itself was nice.

The cot that was set up had a very uncomfortable mattress that was difficult to sleep on. I ended up sleeping on the sofa instead. I recommend that this mattress be replaced with a new one for future guests.

Location was very good and staff and breakfast was great!

The pillows didn't have enough to support the head.

Love the view of the mountains from the room. Like the self service bar.

Please tell guests to take taxi from the train station. The walk (especially with big bags) is extremely steep and it is not 15 minutes as hotel said. It was very exusting. Also, the reception doesn't open till 7:30 am, which make it very difficult to check out early (to catch early trains) and pay for the drinks.

Unbelievable View. Good facilities. Warm decor.

The room has extensive windows and overlooks the river. The room is good-sized for 3 person, making the stay enjoyable.

    Location, helpful stuff

Beds were too soft, carpets in the room were too old (stained, off color)

In centre of city. Very nice to see the city and to do the train trip with Bernina express or glacier.

The hair dryer is weak. It doesn’t have strong wind.

    The location and clean room

Mostly close places it’s not season

Room was big, comfy and had a nice old school vibe. Location close to the bus stop was nice. Communication through booking.com worked smooth. We arrived late, so almost no contact with staff, but checkout was friendly. I did not try breakfast. Overall a simple, pleasant stay.

It’s about a .6 mile hike up to the hotel and it’s a 350ft climb but very easy from the train station. Hotel is less than a block off the Main Street with lots of restaurants and high end shopping. Breakfast was good - simple but sufficient enough. A little over priced for the limited selection of food available.

Breakfast was about $30 per person and was very minimalist compared to other properties. No fresh eggs other than a hard boiled egg. Staff were kind and quick with the coffee but I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast unless you don’t want to leave the property.

We are so lucky to get room with St. Moritzersee view. We have comfortable stay. Location is great to shopping, restaurants…, Before 1 day we check-in, hotel staff already gave us ways to get Hotel. We walked to hotel within 15 mins. Don’t follow Google maps.

The staff were very helpful. Great view!

Had to wait to check in! Up a very steep hill! Expensive taxi ride to and from train station for such a short distance!
