Hotel Europa St. Moritz

Check-in experience bad, didn't get useful info. (internet access,complementary breakfast,shuttle etc)When ask over phone from room, asked to walk to front desk. For price charged CF 240 small room & hotel location bad, no restaurant near by to eat.

I loved the comfort in the rooms. The restaurants and bar onsite were amazing and convenient. My room was easy to access. I loved how clean the rooms were. The waiters at Steak and more were so helpful.

There was no telephone in my room to communicate with staff. My heat didn’t work in my room. The technician never came to check it. I was moved to a room with heat my last night there. Which means for 2 nights I had no heat. The room I was moved too was much bigger and I loved that it had a tub.

Pretty decent breakfast experience.Didn't check the spa.somewhat helpful staff.

The room was presented on booking.com with a king bed but it had twin beds.I've asked the reception to check into it, they've said that they will get us a room next day, never happened.

The restaurant food was very good and Harry the manager was fantastic.The pool is good.

The lighting was so dark and the lobby seating was cold. They didn’t bother lighting the fire that’s advertised. The room bathroom was tiny with a very dangerous shower over a tub. Slippery ! Shower head broken. The curtains came off when closing. No one bothered to put them back on when the room was made up.No daily water. Uncomfortable bed. Broken furniture.It’s like a rabbit warren.

Dislike: 71.80chf for extra dinner (breakfast included) probably the smallest buffet of the World. 10chf extra for parking. 2 single beds instead of a king one.Like: the Swiss smiling face and everything else.

Great classic sports hotel with good facilities (very nice pool) and very friendly staff, also good restaurants and cosy atmosphere

Good location, close to the slopes and the village and it’s better to arrive with a car in order to avoid taxi and limited bus transfers. Really nice breakfast.

Room was very clean and tidy. Adequate facilities in room. Breakfast very good and waiting staff were very attentive. Reception staff were lovely and very helpful.

Water facilities in the room for drinking weren’t as good as some other areas in Switzerland but overall a good experience

Comfortable hotel, helpful and pleasant staff, very clean, good facilities, excellent breakfast. Good location, about 3km from the main town. Bus service is good so easy to get around.

Not a big problem but it would have been useful if information on the buses from St Moritz Bahnhof could have been emailed before arrival. In particular for the free travel when visiting the area.

Hotel elevator was not working during our stay and we stayed at the top floor. There was not even a sign that elevator was broken so we waited multiple times in front of the elevator to see if that works or not.There was poor coordination between the hotel restaurant and reception and for one night they messed up all the reservations at the restaurant, many guests had to wait more then 30 min. Thanks to the waitresses , they were helpful but the people at the reception did not know how to talk to the guests and they were very junior.

Our shuttle driver from the hotel was very helpful, the lady staff who helped us find our room( she walked us to our room to make sure we find the right one. Breakfast was very good and staff was very helpful. The young man on the front desk, he was the most helpful staff on the front desk. Our room was a good size for 3 people and it was kept clean.

The lady in the front desk was not friendly at all and not helpful to guests, the room was not ready at check in time and she seemed annoyed when asked about the hotel amenities & about the area( was answering -read the paper! with questions like what are the hours for the sauna or the hotel restaurant hours). Sauna area needs some updates, it felt slippery walking on the tiles and one dry sauna was not working the whole time we were there.

Friendly helpful staff. Great breakfasts. Steak restaurant really good. Lovely location with regular buses to St. Moritz.

Beautiful location immersed in the nature, rooms are very clean and I must say the staff was very welcoming, most of all Viviana that was very helpful and accommodating in all ways. Definitely coming back!

Very bad hotel. Picture and ,,4,, stars and reality is two different things. The rooms are not what you see. 90% of the stuff is rude and not welcoming. Very old, very reverse hotel, in which it's like in a maze. The bars are uncomfortable and all full of dust. All carpets smells like ? the breakfast is very cheap. The hotel has cats in and everything smells, i had a terrible allergy after this. it’s honestly insane.
