Hotel Bären

Staff were very friendly and super helpful during our trip. We had dinner in their restaurant on our first night of stay for my boyfriend¿s bday and their food was absolutely amazing and treated us really well.

They picked us up from the train station which is a great service since we came from quite a distance (8 to 10 hrs train ride). The location is quite and peaceful despite being close to the shops and St Moritz lake. They have a great restaurant too. Breakfast was included and the food was to our liking.

Staff was extremely helpful, breakfast was satisfactory, room was quiet. Shower cold water temperature was preferred.

Room was too small. Unable to set room temperature. Shower tub was too narrow. Unable to shower with impeding soap dispenser. Soap bar provided was too small and ran out in 3 days. Breakfast commenced daily at 7:30a - too late as the lifts open at 8a

Excellent! Wide variety of food! Breakfast staff insured that we had nice seating. Not shortage of food. Everything was replenished quickly! Overall impression is that the staff are highly trained and motivated, and professional! Every interaction was excellent!

Shower was pretty small but not a problem.

Public areas were nice. Interesting elevator.

Poor lighting in the room and bathroom/corner shower to small.

Free pick up from the train station was a big help. It's quite a walk from the station.

The driver that shuttled us between the train station and the hotel was very nice. The front desk people were all very nice

Tired old building. Breakfast Buffett was embarrassing. Just awful. Nothing looked appetizing. And for such an expensive hotel!

The hotel had a very nice pool and spa area. Hotel also had a nice shuttle to pick and drop you off at the train station. Beds were very comfortable

It was a little far from the Main Street

Perfect place to stay during the Engadin Skimarathon with a good location in a nice area. They served a nice pasta dinner for skiers the day before the race, and a sign up for the hotel bus to take us to the train station on the race day was a good service.

Clean and quiet sizeable rooms.Friendly staff and free shuttle which was helpful (although a reminder for when you arrive would be more helpful).Not very modern and rubbish shower though.Expensive for what it is but that is down to location.

The breakfast buffet was very well stocked with a good variety of options. The location is very good, but we were grateful for the hotel's van to collect us and take us back to the station. The hotel was very warm. Our evening meal was superb.

The noise from the cars at night as we had the room facing the street. Very noisy.
