Location near the train station made it very convenient

No elevator.

The hotel is clean, the rooms were a good size, and the breakfast was good. The staff were all very friendly. We enjoyed pizza for lunch in the restaurant downstairs. Excellent location across the street from the train station, which made it a great departure point to other destinations by train. We were traveling by both the Glacier Express (which stops in Samedan) and the Bernina Express (from Pontresina), so Samedan was more convenient than going into St. Moritz. Samedan is also a very cute little town, and we enjoyed exploring the Mouttas Muragl nearby.

No lift, so if you have a lot of bags be prepared to bring them up stairs. It wasn’t a problem for us but it could challenge some guests with mobility issues.

Everything. Very easy to find. In town, so you can go for a walk. The staff are sweethearts and speak several languages. We ate dinner there and liked it (it was expensive but not bad for Switzerland). The service was really good. Parking was right outside the hotel. The room and dining room were exceedingly clean. We did not use it, but the hotel is directly across the street from a train station that takes you into St Moritz.

We had no issues finding parking, but it is first come, first serve.

I liked everything about the town, the people and the location up in the snowy mountains just a dream come true

Wonderful, friendly people. Great food. Quiet and peaceful. Super breakfast.

Location in Samedan

Too noisy, room right next to a very busy road and we had to have the window open because the room was too hot. Also the bathroom was incredibly small - so small that a tall person’s knees would hit the towel bar/radiator when trying sit on the toilet. Ultimately an uncomfortable overly expensive room (the smallest and most expensive room we stayed in during a 30 day trip in Europe).

Super location next to the train station. It is nice there is available parking. Nice staff and fantastic authentic pizza. Breakfast was good, and beds were comfortable.

The energy was good. Staff was friendly, despite language barrier. Room was sufficiently comfortable.

The property is well located, well maintained and the staff are the most welcoming i’ve ever met

This hotel is expensive considering that it does not have a lift or a sitting room.

Distance to the train station. It was very convenient.

Perfect location just in front of the train station. There is a restaurant downstairs (I ate there and was content with my meal). Everything clean and tidy. Price is good compared to the usual prices in the region.

The breakfast can have more options, plus eggs cost extra. One could also add an electric kettle in the room.

Since the rooms were scattered, we misplaced quite a few things including a digital thermometer as well as some clothes

There was no lift and we had 4 large luggage’s. the staff miscommunicated about the late checkout details. Eventually we left as stipulated

Unfortunately it was the last bed in town available and way over priced. A lot of trip hazards in and around our room.

Cleanliness and location

No lift to take our luggages to 3rd floor

Location is perfect. Just outside the Samedan train station. (7 minutes train to St. moritz). The restaurant has amazing food. Breakfast was also good. Not too much variety but alright. Staff is super kind and friendly. Clean and spacey room. No elevator so had to carry the luggages upstairs.

No elevator

Very good breakfast (though charging extra for eggs seems unnecessary). The hotel is right opposite the station, but the trains are extremely quiet and do not run through the night. Direct services in four directions!

We felt the price we paid was excessively high for a two-star hotel; but the quality was good and as we were regularly using the trains the position of the hotel was a major attraction.

Location is so good. You can reach the ski areas easily. The hotel offers free parking area. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Worth the money. Way cheaper than the other hotels in the area. It was my second stay here for the new year and both went well.
