Great hotel! Nice rooms, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.

The stay wasn't long enough!

Its super load in the evening as they have apre ski downstairs untill 9 pm, you cant take a nap oder relaxNo sauna or fitnessReally lously breakfast. Worst and littlest I sawNo cream, shampoo, etcs, water from bathroom is not strong enough for shower

We loved the wood and the sustainability! Breakfast was great! Staff was great!

The only thing we had trouble with was the sloped bathtub and lack of well located grab bars. My wife found it hard to get out of the tub and she was off balance in the sloped tub bottom. I was able to navigate it but she had ankle surgery and was not comfortable.

Wonderful breakfast to start your day. We did not realize they have shuttle service from the train station but it was a pleasant walk to the Hotel even with our luggages.

St. Moritz is very small so location is not really an issue. This hotel compared to the ritz-y ones here would be considered "budget" but it was actually VERY nice. The restaurant and breakfast was great! The rooms were very clean and comfy and the staff very helpful. They will come pick you up at the train station if you request it but the walk is not bad either.

The bathtub needs update. Water could not go through smoothly.

The hotel is located on a hillside, but guests can book a shuttle service with the hotel or take the escalators at the St. Moritz Design Gallery for convenient access. The front desk staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist. A kettle is available upon request at the reception.The room was simply decorated but spacious, comfortable, and well-insulated. It was warm and quiet, with a brightly lit bathroom that included a bathtub—perfect for soaking after a long day. The tap water is safe for drinking and tastes natural and refreshing.Don’t miss the breakfast. The buffet offers delicious bread, as well as flavorful yogurt and cheese. Although the price is on the higher side, the quality of the facilities and the overall experience made it well worth it. Highly recommended.

Booking.com screwed up booking ordered family room for 3 people plus 1 single room for me Luckily the Hotel was able to accommodate us with an extra single Room!

At the heart of St. Moritz with a very friendly staff and a good view. The food at the restaurant isn’t bad but it could be better so was the breakfast.

Pleasant

Breakfast options are very limited and portions very small. Eggs on order was not there in morning breakfast was unacceptable.

Room was fine, just small. Breakfast was great, just does not open until 7. I assumed it would be earlier, and there was a line at 7, so maybe start 15 minutes earlier. No big deal either way. Location was great, and lift was very close, so that was very good.

The block of wood that had the room key attached, haha. I guess I'm used to the magnetic card readers on the doors.

I have stayed at the hotel house before. The location cannot be beaten and it's in such close proximity to catching the train up the mountain. Everything you could want is right there .There's always a lively bar scene and the breakfast that's included for guests is quite delicious

I find it difficult when you pay a premium for a place like that that you get scratchy toilet paper and facial tissues. Within like one day I started getting dermatitis around my nose from the facial tissues and had to go out and buy some for myself. The toilet paper was also not satisfactory. And most places these days have quite plush thick towels but the ones at the house are still thin and small

We had a lovely stay! The location is strategic, in the heart of S.Moritz, a few steps from the ski lifts and the designers shops. Our room was large, very bright with a large window facing the central square. Food is excellent! From the restaurant you also have direct access to the Hauser renowned patisserie, where you can choose your dessert if you wish. The staff are friendly and very kind, ready to help you for any request you might have. What can we say... perfect! Highly recommanded.

The hotel is located in the very center on a pedestrian street. There is a bar and a restaurant downstairs. We spent 1 night. Economy class room. Simple, without a refrigerator or kettle. But there is a safe. And it is enough for one night. The bar downstairs is very loud, but at 9 p.m. the music stops and it becomes quiet. Parking is nearby on the street or underground. You need to book in advance. There are not many places. Excellent breakfasts. We lived on the top floor - a beautiful view from the window.

Very close to everything we want like trolling to the lake, shopping, train station and restaurants.

A bit smelly on the hallway at the time of our stay…. IMO.
