Hotel Steffani

Location is great and staff is very hospitable. Great deal for ski lifts when purchased here.

We booked two rooms. They were both very hot even after lowering the heat to 0. We had to open the door of the balcony in order to cool down the rooms. Our children had terrible nights sleeping there because of the heat. Otherwise, everything else was really great.

Location right in town and easy to walk to everything. Nice facility & spa. Staff very friendly & helpful. Great restaurant!

We loved the vintage, yet elevated charm and cozy vibe of the property. They are in a prime location with great food, and a great staff, who are always on and accommodating!

The room service was so rude because I told her that I want two spoons and one plate and she said come to the kitchen and choose what you want! Really, Is it this your room service?

This is a gorgeous hotel. The decor is amazing and has a beautiful authentic feel. Comfortable clean room. Breakfast was great with lots of variety. Staff were helpful and friendly. The pool/sauna area was lovely and so clean.

Everything My stay at the hotel was wonderful in every way. The staff were welcoming, highly professional, always smiling, and helpful. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the rooms were very comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to all attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it super easy to get around

No air conditioning. Because it is generally cool mountain climate in summer most people will not need it if you keep you window open.

The location is excellent — just a short walk from the train station and perfectly placed for exploring St. Moritz. The room and bathroom were spotless and comfortable, with a lovely balcony offering breathtaking views of the mountains and lake. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The restaurant serves delicious food, and the Wi-Fi connection was strong. Breakfast was good, and the overall ambiance of the hotel felt cozy and welcoming.Highly recommended for anyone staying during the ski season in St. Moritz. Great value for the location and comfort provided.

Great location. Pretty renovated. Good breakfast. Parking on site.

No fresh air. Bad smell from kitchen all around reception area. They remodeled hotel, even added pool and sauna, but they did not invest in vent system. Warm stuck air everywhere. Smell as old hotel. I was sleeping with open window even outside was 0C, because a full hotel has stuck air. You will enjoy location and mountain air outside, but hotel has crazy problems with air conditioning and ventilation. Bar got me crazy, they allow to smoke inside bar. My clothes got bad smell for 5 minutes awaiting my drink in bar.

Center of town, nice pool & spa area, and had a good simple breakfast. Front desk was nice.

Reception staff were amazing and so helpful. We had a free upgrade to a bigger room with a bath which was a lovely surprise. Bar area has lots of comfortable seating and open fires. Breakfast was excellent. Free transfer to and from the station. Good Wi-Fi

Don’t think twice about booking Hotel Steffani. The hotel is very close to the main station which goes up to the Corviglia ski area. It is also right in the middle of the town. It is very clean, offers a good choice of breakfast. The spa area was wonderful, it was heaven to be able to relax after a terrible weather day. The staff was very friendly.

Great location, the ski lift to Corviglia is so close, rooms were spacious with great bathroom and view, cozy and new gym, spa area, swimming pool, nice breakfast and overall the best stay ☺️

I had requested a room with walk-in shower due to my back problems as I was unable to climb into a bathtub and the room allocated to us was a room where the shower was in the bathtub.
