Berghotel Randolins

The room was clean, spacious, comfortable. Bathroom was nice. Staff were very helpful. Hotel provides free shuttle to places several times a day. Breakfast was just average.

Rooms didn't have AC and the quilts were not according to the season. Window didn't have netting so we couldn't keep it open so it gets hot at night. The hotel is very far off and there is nothing much to do nearby. Restaurant menu isn't very nice.

Very convenient to have a shuttle pickup and drop off at the train station due to location and elevation of hotelRoom was lovely, warm and comfortable.Breakfast was excellent with a large selection to choose from.I didn't use the wellness spa but a wonderful setup for travelers staying a couple of days

Nice to see that there is an affordable and decent option to stay in St. Moritz. I liked my room, it was clean and very cosy and I slept like an angel. The location is a dream if you like a quiet place and great for hiking. Also, the wellness area was pretty impressive for a 3 star hotel: very high quality, clean and nicely designed. The sauna in particular was surprisingly spacious and well kept. Decent selection at the breakfast buffet.

I would have liked a bathrobe for the wellness, and also a possibility to get more towels at the wellness area. In general, some areas of the hotel (breakfast room, hallways with grey carpets) were a bit too sterile and lacked character. Some small upgrades in these areas would make a big difference in my opinion.

Spectacular scenery, well designed room, wonderful wellness facilities, excellent food, and above all, superb staff both at the reception desk and in the restaurant.

Everything was more than fantastic

The waiter in Italian restaurant was very rude and not polite … he looks not like Swiss people I think he is Italian, he was short with black and white hair He presents an ugly picture for the staff in the hotel although they were very polite as they are originally Swiss

Our stay was incredible. It is advertised as a 3-star hotel, but it should have a 4-star rating for sure. We came for the view, it did not dissapoint.We had a room in the main house, it was modern and incredibly clean. The spa is is in another house, but the hot tub with the mountain view was incredible. Also have a steam bath there and a Finnish sauna. The parking is free. They also have a shuttle to get you to the city center and back. We had breakfast included, also with amazing view and plenty of options. You can go with dinner included, but we went with a reservation at the restaurant for the a la carte menu and went for the delicious fondue, worth it. I liked their attention to details from chocolates in the room to free water in the wellness area and all the staff was smiling and friendly. Highly recommend.

This place had the most beautiful views. Staff was really friendly and helpful.We had a kids play area outside as well as inside . Such a lovely place to stay if you are staying more than two nights

We did not have tea or coffee making facilities in the room or an iron.

Great location with wonderful staff and lovely local produce to enjoy. The best view from the exceptional spa facilities. A hard place to leave but great to go back to.

The view and some of the staff were extremely helpful especially those at the reception

The bedding was very poor including the pillows and this caused some back issues

The room was more of a chalet and was separate from the hotel, a bit of a trek in the snow with cases for 1 night and there was no bar although you could get a drink at the restaurant

Room was rather small, but comfortable & included excellent breakfast, spa facilities and shuttle to & from train station.

Location was about a mile or 2 outside of bus area, but taxi was very expensive to center or other locations. Price was high for value.

Alpine style accommodations

Up the hill located separately from the spa and main lobby where breakfast was served. Also, their shuttle bus finished at 6 pm with no alternative way back - except for overpriced taxi

The stay was nice overall, but there were some inconveniences. There was no lift, so we had to carry our heavy luggage up the stairs, which was quite exhausting. Additionally, the reception and our room were in separate buildings, making it even more challenging to navigate with our bags.

Super friendly Staff, cleanliness and location were great. Ability to leave luggage before check-in and after check-out was also a huge advantage.

Not very big choice for breakfast, high temperature in the room with no other way to adjust than opening the windows (frost -12C at night).

The hotel was very good. The location is amazing, the facilities very good also.

The bathroom door was unacceptable. The person who had decided to install transparent glass as a bathroom door should be fired on the spot. That was the worst thing i have seen in my life travelling. To have a transparent glass as a bathroom door is so really BAD!!!!!!!!!!!! THERE IS NO PRIVACY IN BATHROOM, WHICH I THINK WE ALL NEED SOME TIMES.

Location! The hotel is a good 15 minute drive to the town where all the shops are and the train station. I paid CHF45 for a taxi to get from the train station to the hotel. The room is very basic, no bathroom supplies, no slippers and gown, a very empty room! Don’t expect a grand selection of breakfast foods either!

The hotel had great facilities (washing machine, games room, spa, restaurant). The staff were all incredibly lovely and the place also has a special taxi price for patrons. The breakfast was also great with lots of choices.

The pillows were extremely uncomfortable.

The staff is very nice and friendly, nice location, tasty Nusstorte

Our room was very hot and dry although it was snow outside.
